Taliska Shimwell was very proactive in helping resolve my query. She looked into the problem and called me back to explain the situation. She promised to call me back the following day to make sure the situation had been resolved, and I had my order, which she did.

We don't have that many issues with the machine, but when we do Liquidline respond quickly and efficiently. Normally it can be fixed with remote assistance, but if not they are there in a jiffy

I earlier left a review complaining that liquidline refused to allow us to return an item which we ordered in error without paying to return it.
I wasn't happy as we have a lot of consumables off liquidline and thought we should receive some goodwill.
I have since been speaking to them and they have been very helpful, we have come to an agreement which we are both happy with.
Thank you for sorting that for us, we are now very satisfied.

What can I say, Super impressed with this company!
We have 3 machines with them and we can't rate them enough. Maintenance and servicing is spot on, customer service is spot on. Charlotte who I have dealt with is amazing, so refreshing to speak to somebody that cares.
Best of all, the coffee is beautiful! :)

We had a K2 fitted 5 months ago then we started having problems with E90 fault had an engineer out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then same fault appears Friday, no one could come out til Monday. If I didn’t have a spare machine this would have meant a cafe with no coffee as they don’t have engineers work weekends. Communication from customer service is non existent as I emailed them Friday wanting an answer and now it’s Monday afternoon and still no response.
Engineer came today and replaced lots of parts and seems to be working fine but won’t know until tomorrow when the cafe is open again. Engineer was brilliant no complaints about him.
Hopefully this will make them contact me.
Spend about 8k on a machine then ignored when you raise a complaint
