Easy to order and the delivery was in good time.

Ordered a case of sparkling wine and had to chase for an update after hearing nothing for days. Was told it would be sent almost a week later, had to then chase again to be then told the item wasn't in stock as it had been damaged so they issued a refund. Waste of a week, also still selling the item on their website so likely to happen again. Wouldnt recommend anyone ordering for here much more reliable companies out there with better customer service.

Packing is good.regular Delivery updates are there. No delays in delivery.

I got an email saying they had missed me at 3pm yesterday by dhl. but our ring doorbell showed nobody had arrived at the door. So got redelivered for friday

The communication was first class, I asked a question and it was answered within a few hours. My order was equally well communicated. The delivery was made ahead of time. DHL who made the delivery kept me informed on the delivery and it was deliver in the notified time slot.

great service as always we've had multiple deliveries all the way to the most northerly point in Britain.

Dispatch was slow. DHL stressed delivery to person who placed the order. Can u ask dhl not to do this as caused unnecessary stress

Great wine fast delivery

Ordered a bottle of Fallen Angel and received a refill pouch for the same rum - these things happen so no real drama. I emailed the customer service team to let them know that an error had been made with my order only to receive no confirmation of receipt of my complaint.

I tried the customer service phone number which went straight to voicemail with a message that sounded like no customer service function I’ve ever encountered - the number on their website has since changed so I’m not sure what was going on there.

After trying another email address that I found buried in their returns policy I received a reply from a guy called Nick who said there had been a leak in the office and that the team would be in the following day to rectify the error immediately. Several days passed with no contact from anyone at LL. After sending them another email asking for a full refund someone at LL clearly managed to get off their backside and sort out a collection and repick of my order but they didn’t bother to tell me - the only contact I had was an email from DHL with a returns shipping label attached.

It seems most people are happy with LL but if you are one of the few who get the wrong product delivered then you can expect to engage with what has to be one of the most oddly detached customer service experiences I’ve come across outside of an actual scam.

If you do persist in dealing with LL then be sure to keep your fingers crossed. I’ll be buying my booze elsewhere though.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 5 crates of beer, recieved non alcoholic beer in error. Emails and phone calls just being ignored. SCAMMERS, BEAWARE!!!!

Absolutely fabulous service ….and wines of course. Buying direct from them has saved me pounds.

Service has always been excellent but this time there was a glitch and delivery was delayed. Emails and a telephone call to customer services didn't get any response, though delivery did seem to be expedited following these. I did get an email reply but only after delivery had been made.

Excellent service, especially the packaging which is second to none! I cannot fault this company at all.

I am having some issues with this firm. I ordered 2 x crates of 24 Amstel (advertised as 4.1%). The first order was damaged and never arrived. About a week passes and I contect them and they send a new order out. This arrives and is actually the 3.4% which you can buy much cheaper and easier in a conventional supermarket. I have sent pictures and evidence of the incorrect items and asked for a rectification. They initially said they would pick up the item but have subsequently stopped responding altogether. I am now forced to try and get my money back through my bank. Not good. Stay away from this firm.
