It is a beautiful bracelet. and unfortunately the end of my bracelet broke off, so now i have to be careful when putting it on and taking it off.

If I could give 0 I would. Literally laughed when they asked for to leave a review. Quality is bad and the name bracelet is NOT adjustable so you cannot wear it. To top it off. Sent a message to receive a refund and did not get a message back. Avoid this brand. It’s a scam.

I love love love my pieces I haven’t taken them off since I received them. No fading or tarnishing. I will be ordering more bracelets and necklaces. The necklace is a perfect piece for layering.

When I received my package a couple diamonds fell out the bracelet and once I took a shower it started changing colors

Haven’t received anything. Shipping says they tried to deliver but I work from home and it’s a residential address not business. I’m always home during the day, it was never attempted. Feels like a scam.

I just recently got my order and I’m now on day 2 of wearing it and it’s already fading and turning my wrist green! I bought it because I was sold that it didn’t tarnish and can be worn all day and in the shower without discoloration or anything but that’s a lie! Very disappointing

do recommend did not receive my items, one was for my daughter bday present. Have to go thru loop holes to receive a refund, their system will notified you that it was delivered but its not. not happy

I ordered a bubble name bracelet and this website was running a bogo so I choose the timeless amour bracelet. When my order was delivered I only received the bubble bracelet. I emailed the company right away. They asked me to send a pic or video explaining my issue. I have emailed them 3 separate times pics and a video explaining I am missing an item and they just keep sending me the same generic email asking for pics and videos. I am extremely annoyed and will not be ordering anything from this website again.

Do not buy from these people . Quality is disgusting . Bubble name bracelet broke first time worn within a minute of wearing . Rubbish product . Customer service poor . A “robot” named Emma keeps sending bullshit replies full of lies . Promotion of buy one get one free is all lies . Refused to give my second item cause it wasn’t booked at checkout yet they had no allowance to even check it and request . If you offer a second item free it should be made easy and not have to beg for it . AVOID AT ALL COST
