Rip off. No help from company and never got.

Terrible broke after 3rd day. Took 8 weeks to arrive. Finally get it and it broke. They refused to replace it or return it. Cheap don't buy

Jewelry quality is very poor. Both bracelets arrived broken, and one broke immediately when I tried to put it on. Overall, the items feel very cheap. I would not order from this company again.

TERRIBLE! Purchased 2 bracelets and literally OPENING THE PACKAGE THE VERY FIRST TIME caused one of the bracelets to break. Are you kidding? Immedaitely I emailed them. That was weeks ago and no response. Now I have to do a charge back from my credit card. So, not only is their jewelry utter GARBAGE, but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. No one. Not one single person. Or they are just ignorning people.

The product is trash, its NOT water proof n it also turns rusty.. It also comes loose, soon as I put it on it popped.. I reached out and they stated that the warranty is not good. I don't understand how because when you order it takes almost 2 months and sometimes even longer to come..BAD BUSINESS..

Shipping took a while but that's not the issue.

The quality of the product is poor. First time i had worn the bracelet, although 6 weeks after it arrived and it broke on the first wear. Emailed to express this, they responded but said they cant do anything other than give 20% next order as it was past the 7 day warranty. Bad customer service, shoddy quality.

I would give a ZERO if I could! This company is a SCAM! Save your time and energy. All they do is keep making excuses what I haven’t gotten my items. It’s been over 60 days and still nothing and no legitimate reason why I haven’t gotten my order.

I ordered two pieces of jewelry for my daughter. A bracelet with her name on it and a necklace with her initial on it. At first, I ordered the wrong color metal necklace so I sent them an email asking if I can return it. They said yes with a $20 fee for shipping. I had no problem paying it and I asked where to send it and they never responded.

When I gave my daughter the bracelet, she wore one day and it broke. So I asked if I can exchange it or if they can repair it and they never responded. This was her birthday gift from August. I've sent numerous emails again no response.

I definitely would not order anything from them because they do not have very good customer service and obviously they do not stand by their product. It's made cheap and their website description is completely wrong.

Bracelet took two weeks to arrive, and when it did I put it on and the loop that holds the letters on snapped. I was sitting on my couch and it broke it may not even have been an hour. Contacted the seller within an hour of it being delivered and they never responded. Contacted shop pay for a resolution, almost a month after receiving I was offered a 30% refund. It's a joke do not buy from them.

I ordered 2 items, the bubble name bracelet and a bangle with gems. The bubble bracelet broke the first day, and a gem was missing from the bangle (I noticed that later). I reached out about name bracelet & they asked for a photo. I sent it & received no response. When I followed up with a photo of the bangle as well, they said I was outside the 7 day window so they can only offer me a 30% code for future orders… I will not be ordering again & I’ll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This company is a scam!!

If i can rate this brand a no star i would i ordered the bubble letter bracelet and it came one month late the day it came i tried putting it on and it broke which i saw today that everyone had same problem (didn’t check the reviews until now) i thought it was a very good brand since ive been seeing ads everywhere. Anyway after it broke i thought lemme just try fix it and wore it for a week but it kept getting undone and it broke again today. Very disappointed also saw they got the same bracelet on other websites for much cheaper price save your money ladies n gents not worth buying. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is a SCAM. I bought this bubble bracelet, (which I later found on websites like shein or temu) came 2 months later.. which I felt suspicious about the brand already. The first day I wore it—when I tried to take it off it broke. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam ‘brand’ Spent $60 on this bs

I ordered a bracelet after seeing many adverts on instagram. I ordered with expedited delivery on 15th May 2025, it is now 4th August 2025 and I have still not received my order! I have attempted to contact them via email and via the contact form on their website, but have never received a response. Appalling service! Avoid at all costs, £30 later and I’ve unfortunately learned the hard way.

I placed an order on May 14, after seeing a lot of Instagram ads of this brand. They do not respond to their emails. I have been following up continuously for my order. 2 months later, I receive my order (no response from them even now) and the product they sent is incorrect. I’m trying to reach out again to them and no response. Horrible experience. This product can be found on AliExpress or Temu - found out much later.
