Very helpful; In everyway!

Listen Clear customer service has been very helpful to me. When the right hearing aide was making popping noises they sent a new wire within just a few days. When that did not solve the problem the sent a shippinp label so I could send the deffective hearing aid back. Within 4 days the hearing aide was replaced and it works great. Also when the battery door got caught between the dresser door and got bent out of shape when I explained the problem they sent me a new battery door.

These hearing aides help me to hear so much better. It has made my relationship with my wife so much better because I can hear her and other people so much easier. I can also hear people at the other end if a lunch table and can pick out different coversations in a room. Before it only sounded like noise. It is still somewhat of a challange to hear in a crowded room but still these hearing aides help me a lot. The best thing is due to the monthly payment plan I can afford the hearing aides. It sure is nice to hear without having to struggle to hear. Thank you Listen Clear!

ListenClear has improved clarity in some circumstances, no noticeable improvement of tinnitus

I purchased a Listening device for my mother as a gift. I have been very impressed with Listen Clear Customer Service on every occasion in which I've had questions or needed direction on using the new device. Excellent service is hard to come by these days.

The rubber inverts hav come off in my ear twice and had to go to the Dr. once to have it removed other than that so far so good.

knew I needed hearing aids
Could not afford some of the prices that some companies wanted.
So when I received a call from Listen Clear and listen to their spill I decide to give it a trail.
I spent the next couple of weeks getting used to them and hearing sounds and conversations I had been missing.
I am very pleased with Listen Clear and they are not bulky and are hidden pretty much.

It was good while it lasted... price is kind of high. I lost my hearing aid a week after I received it.

The company seems to be fine. The hearing devices are not fine. They amplify sounds very well. But hearing what a person is saying is not helped one bit. I hear noise better, but still cannot carry on a conversation.

i love them. i just wished they were cheaper.

I have not used them much because I just forget to put them. They really do help to clarify what I am hearing with out them when people talked it sounds garbled and I have to use closed captioning on TV we'll see AIDS I don't have to do that they seem to be doing a pretty good job

Hearing aids are easy to put in ears and increase hearing capacity

I have found the hearing aids to be effective and comfortable. Very pleased with the quality of sound, imperceptible distortion and no feedback.

They are working out ok the only problem I have is sometimes the batteries go
down real fast other than that I'm enjoying them

These are the only hearing aids I’ve tried. Seem to be satisfactory but batteries don’t seem to last long even though I disable the battery when not wearing.

I sent everything back to you then you charge me more money. Taking advantage of the elderly. Terrible product......

Hearing aids didnt work well for me and customer service is very bad I got charged 103.00 when u proved that I had sent them back before the date they said they didnt know if they could give me a refund bad customer service

So simple and complete.

I am still trying to adjust to the second heating aid type received. Though better
Than the first inner ear aid I tried, I am still not enjoying a seamless experience. I will keep trying however.
