Theses hearing aids are terrible they aren't worth the money. I have asked for longer speaker wires and they said they don't have any longer and my hearing aides sit on top of ear and not down behind my ears.

Mr. Jeffus - We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. The unit's processor is made to sit level with the top of the ear to hear what's in front of you. If it sits farther down, the sound quality decreases. Ms. Scealf - We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. It might be a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. Hearing aids are great
Hearing aids are great. I did have to return them because the remote went bad. Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. Extremely pleasant and helpful representatives. No problem or hassle involved.

Take the off the receiver wires once a week and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. I don’t hear as well with these hearing aids as I did with my old ones. I do wear them because hearing a little is better than not hearing anything.
