Terrible customer service.
Customer service is basically none existent. Never received my parcel. Claimed they sent with Royal Mail while tracking stated Royal Mail was waiting to receive parcel. No apologies about delay and not receiving parcel. Didn’t seem to care really. Took over two days for reply over email to get “we will look into it” 5 days later still never got back to me. Yet always manage to reply to bad reviews. Wouldn’t have any if you sorted out your customer service skills. Isn’t hard to give an apology for your delays and mistakes and actually get back to people when you say you will. Would never order again.

We are sorry you are unhappy in this instance and totally take on board your comments. We did reply to your first email within 48hrs but Unfortunately we had to wait quite a time for Royal Mail to confirm collection (they collect from our warehouse every day and scan to confirm) and then also to admit the parcel was misplaced. We refunded you in full immediately and sent an email confirming refund.
Apologies that you feel you weren’t responded to quick enough. We will look into our response times and address with administration staff.

I stupidly ordered an item and didn't realise that I had arranged to pick it up and s8nce I'm in Scotland that would be difficult . The shop suggested I cancel then reorder the item with postage . The outfit arrived very quickly

Great product but they sent the wrong…
Great product but they sent the wrong size to what I had ordered, was quick and sending out the correct size but then charged me £3.69 to return the item when it was there mistake!

Yes unfortunately the wrong size shoe was sent to you and we sent out the correct size immediately. We apologise profusely for that and have taken steps with our warehouse to make sure this does not happen again. We did sent you a pre paid postage label by email for the returns postage, So you shouldn’t have been charged anything? Did you have problems with it? We don’t have any emails that we can find saying this? Your previous order was in December with no problems at all I believe. Sorry this has happened. Please provide proof of being charged to us via email and we will of course reimburse you immediately.
