Little Peas Pram & Car Seat Centre Opiniones

Easy ordering on the website. Brilliant prices. Quick delivery with good communication about dispatch. Items were perfect.

100% recommend Little Peas. We just recieved our second extended rear facing car seat from Little Peas. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledable. The car seat and all accessories I ordered arrived the next day. They replied to my message about checking the fit/ install was correct very quickly. I will definitely be ordering from Little Peas again in future. Thank you very much!

Very pleased with the service. Always buy my car seats with them. Customer service is also fabulous. Responds to questions pretty much immoderately and always very helpful. can’t recommend them more.

Great service

Super service, fantastic price, and fast delivery. Very pleased

Very quick delivery, happy with item and price.

This is my second purchase from Little Peas. Both times the customer service has been excellent, quick delivery, staff are very knowledgeable especially in regard to rear facing. The price of the seat was excellent. I would highly recommend purchasing from Little Peas to anyone looking for good advice and guidance to keep their little ones safe.

Absolutely amazing service. Quick delivery, car seat arrived in perfect condition in the box (seen some boxes being battered in transportation from other transport companies). Can't fault it. It's the 3rd axkid we had from these guys and service has been amazing for all three.

Service was great delivery was very prompt and I was given regular updates throughout. Very good company to deal with.
The car seat I purchased unfortunately didn’t match the company’s high standards. It has been a regrettable purchase.

Item was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Straightforward process and very happy with the item I bought.

Great experience, as always. Quick delivery and good communication.

Helpful, friendly and accurate advice on messenger before purchase.

Really helpful advice with no pressure to purchase.

Ordered some Axkid attachment loops and I had ordered the wrong size (completely my fault for not checking what size I needed). Got in contact via messenger and they were happy for me to return as they hadn’t been opened. Sent items back and used the credit from original order to order the correct items. Everyone I spoke to on the chat was extremely helpful and got my correct size out to me straight away. Will definitely be using little peas again 🫶🏼

Alan was super helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He talked us through some really great options and the differences and helped install the car seat we purchased to show us exactly how to make sure it's set up safely.

Absolutely fantastic service.
I’ve ordered several bits, big and small from Little Peas and the service is amazing.

Every single member of staff has yours and your babies best interest at heart and will go out of their way to answer any questions you have, even if this means contacting the manufacturer directly.

I needed a spare part for my Be Safe seat, and they were persistent at chasing be safe to get me what I needed. I was kept updated every single step of the way.

Their responses to car seat fit checks are super fast, and any feedback is provided in a kind and constructive way.
I have purchased from another retailer before and the service was no where near!.

I have recommended little peas to all of my friend and family and will continue to do so.

Little Peas have helped me on two separate occasions. I asked if someone could take a look at my car seat (even though I did not purchase from them) I had concerns about its fitting. They helped me fit my seat correctly and gave me advice about a more suitable seat. There was no pressure to buy just focus of getting a safe seat. Both Laura and Alan were great. I ended up buying a new seat.
I was also helped when I needed a holiday Stroller and travel cot, they gave great advice and had everything in stock for me to take away.
Lovely experience with staff that were extremely patient and knowledgeable.
