Hello Bruce,

I do hope you don't mind, but from here on in you will now be known as Bruce Almighty!

Having been on the world's most powerful review platform for a relatively short amount of time, your review represents a milestone for us as it was our fiftieth. Not only that, in awarding us a 5-Star rating your review has clearly worked its magic in the eyes of Trustpilot as you've nudged our overall TrustScore from 4.7/5 to 4.8/5. Indeed, of those 50 reviews:
>46 are 5-Star
>3 are 4-Star
>1 is 3-Star

Your comments reflect our winning formula of our willingness to go above and beyond for our Guests at all times. Whereas most companies like to do the bare minimum, we prefer to do the embellished maximum.

Peter Drucker, one of the most respected management thinkers provided the following definition of business:

"The purpose of business is to create and keep a customer"

As that ethos is very much up our street, please may I invite you and Emily to become two of our Regulars?

Hello Sonia,

A ringing endorsement from yourself and Michael on Facebook was more than enough to put a big smile on my face, but for you to also follow it up with a full-fat 5-Star Truspilot review means that I am now grinning like a Cheshire cat.

Although it was great to meet your family in person at our Ticket Office when you collected your ticket envelope from us, hopefully peace of mind came beforehand too with our "belt and braces" approach of e-tickets winging their way to your inbox to go alongside your physical paper tickets and information.

You really did get things off and running in style with the first meal out of your holiday being at our Extra Touches Dining Discount partner The Mandarin and the same goes for your superb choice of property to stay at. I do hope your discount wristband was also put to good use at many of the restaurants, eateries and shops that are part of the scheme.

It was a fair old journey for you from your neck of the woods to our part of the world, so for you to select to be served by Little Touches is without doubt something special.

I'm already looking forward to being your go-to guy for Blackpool when your family returns to the resort.

Hello Tracy,

Who's this Tom guy you keep going on about? We have no record of him ever having worked at Little Touches!

In all seriousness, myself and our entire team are committed to ensuring we spread a little sparkle to the lives of our many Guests each and every day. It appears as though the assistance I provided ticked all boxes in your view and our one-to-one ethos impressed you so much so that a five out of five star rating was deemed appropriate to signal to others that Little Touches delivers sensational service.

In singling out aspects such as helpfulness, advice and everything Blackpool being available under one umbrella, you reflect the fact that through our company taking the road less traveled it has led to us gaining legions of ardent fans. We shun the run-of-the-mill, preferring to be remarkable and retain Guests like your goodself for a lifetime.

Thank you Tracy for choosing Little Touches® Hospitality. The stage is already set for when we next see you again.

Hello Paula,

You really have brightened our day with your recent review. To have recognition from you on not one but four different fronts is quite remarkable and is testament to the fact that taking our time with our Guests to serve their unique needs and offering to add as much value as possible to enhance their experience in Blackpool is the only way for a hospitality company that's serious about service.

It certainly hasn't gone unnoticed that even before you awarded us a Big Five on Trustpilot you also sent a Like our way on Facebook, which we are most grateful for given the increasing "noise" from businesses in many a persons News Feed.

You may well "highly recommend" us to others, but we're already highly looking forward to seeing you for the second time.

Hello Lisa,

We're VERY grateful that you deemed our service worthy of a 5-Star award.

With your intent to return and use our services again a "defo" and the title of your review being "Happy", coupled with a cheeky winking emoji thrown in for good measure, there's only one way to describe our latest Guest and that is by declaring that Lisa Glynn is our kind of gal!

Hello Charlene, David and Oliver,

It was so nice to see all three Henrys present and correct in my Ticket Office this morning. You really have captured the spirit of Little Touches so, so well - in that we do the hard work so you don't have to. We remain the only option when it comes to somewhere that covers all bases for Blackpool attractions and shows, as despite much of our lives being lived online in 2020, there is still no single website where all Blackpool entertainment offerings can be purchased in one go.

I'll also never forget David's Facebook Review from 2018:
"Fantastic service would highly recommend, very helpful and saved a good bit of money going to the zoo but he covers all Blackpool attractions. Pop in and see Tom lovely guy"

Families like yours are the beating heart of Little Touches and I do hope you feel that you are all honorary partners in our continued success and growth. We have your wonderful hosts Mike and Sally to thank for introducing us to each other a couple of years ago, which has now led to you being well on your way to becoming our Regulars.

Hello Davie,

Reviews like the one you have just left create a bit of mystique by not letting on exactly what went on when we served your family. Your kind 5-Star rating and accompanying four words of flattery say all that needs to be said anyway!

Most businesses conduct themselves on a quid pro quo basis - something for something, this for that. Our standard at Little Touches® Hospitality is much higher than that, with our interactions always resulting in something for something(s), that for these. By awarding us a maxed out star rating, evidently you got a real feel for our approach and indeed hopefully your granddaughter will be wearing one of those things gifted from us to you right now.

It was nice to hear you spotted our Ticket Office yesterday and then decided to give us a go today. By having a presence among hundreds of hotels and apartments in Blackpool's South Shore holiday heartland we turbocharge the convenience factor for Guests like yourself looking for somewhere they can get everything sorted in one swoop.

Do keep in touch and let us know how you get on at the attractions and what savings you have been making with your discount wristband. Conventional business wisdom dictates that "There's no friends in business" but we're doing mighty fine going firmly against that with our version "There ARE friends in business," so we look forward to welcoming you back to Blackpool once again on your next trip down South.

Hello Martin,

Thank you ever so much for your all-star award this afternoon. I know that I have your hosts at the hotel you are staying at a little later in the year to thank for introducing us to each other. Hoteliers like Laurie and Karen are putting their own reputation on the line in recommending other Blackpool businesses to their Guests, so their continued and unwavering support of Little Touches is truly very special indeed.

You've got a lot to look forward to when you come to the resort and I sincerely hope that the situation does change as the weeks go by in terms of the potential of our shows lighting their lights and singing their songs once again.

Don't forget to have a browse at the list of our Extra Touches Dining Discounts partners, as you are most welcome to take advantage of - to borrow a line from your goodself - "a few pounds off" your final bill at some of Blackpool's top restaurants, including The Mandarin and Wok Inn.

You're all set to keep in touch with us via our email updates, but please allow me to take this opportunity right now to extend a warm Blackpool welcome to the Little Touches family to you and your wife.

Hello Lauren,

Thanks to your kind review, you've just made my Tuesday terrific!

As you now know, Blackpool Zoo is one of our headline savers, with Guests receiving a 15% discount. The Zoo is not shy on reinvesting year on year either, so I'm sure you and your partner will have had a jolly good day out in their very capable hands.

I do hope you put the discount vouchers to good use and yes your chariot did await in the form of a taxi from our Ticket Office too. Glad to see that you also clocked the photographic evidence of me getting out and about and experiencing the attractions first-hand myself, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Ant and Dec and Spiderman at Madame Tussauds.

For you to end your review by proclaiming your likelihood of returning and using our services "next time" as "definitely" is the ultimate compliment and yet more evidence that our approach to forge lasting relationships with our Guests is a win-win situation for all.

Having got a handle on your interests, it will be nice to see if you return and make a beeline for a Ghost experience either by foot or Heritage Tram...or indeed both!

Hello Milethia,

Your comment that you discovered our services "on the recommendation of our B&B host" reflects the virtuous circle that occurs following right-minded hoteliers like Kath and Rick pointing their Guests in our direction. They are only too keen to give their Guests a well-rounded Blackpool resort experience and entrust us to do so, regarding Little Touches as an extension of their business.

In viewing the world through the lens of our Guests, we are able to perfectly tailor our services to their needs - in your case taking your two days and food preferences and coming up with the best attraction option and offering that little something extra in the form of a dining discount.

You and your family were a delight to serve and your excitement at exploring Blackpool once again for the first time in a couple of years was very much apparent. Please do keep in touch with your new-found family that comes in the shape of Little Touches and let us know how you get on this time around in the UK's Entertainment Capital.

Hello Miss Atkinson,

Our Afternoon Tea offers for The Blackpool Tower Ballroom are an affordable way to indulge in a special treat so glad to read just how much you enjoyed the experience. Blackpool was truly blessed all those years ago to be the beneficiary of not one but two Frank Matcham masterpieces in the form of both the Tower Ballroom and Grand Theatre, both of which celebrated their 125th anniversaries this year.

In recent years, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom has of course won a new legion of fans due to BBC light entertainment juggernaut Strictly Come Dancing making "Blackpool Week" a firm fixture for the celebrity contestants to aim for and "get to"/"make it to" around halfway through each series. It's money can't buy publicity for the resort each time it happens with over an hour of primetime television devoted to one of our icons and they'll be doing it once again live to 12 million people on Saturday 16th November.

Don't forget that we'd be only too happy to see any pictures and videos of your time in Blackpool, so please send anything you think might be of interest to our followers to us on Facebook and Twitter @LTdetails or on Instagram @littletouches. Our email address is connect@littletouches.com and we've also now got yours on file too to keep you posted about the latest resort news and offers.

The 5th of November is a day we'll remember, remember for all the right reasons thanks to your review.

Hello John,

First it was Judith creating some midweek magic for us over on Google and now replying to this review we've got that Friday Feeling because you have really gone all-out to sock it to potential new Guests about the Little Touches difference.

Your comment of "as it was like a Tourist Information" is yet further proof that Guests immediately grasp what we're about and treat us as part of the furniture in Blackpool, as though we've been here for decades. Indeed, we are the only facility of our type in South Shore, with the nearest similar outlet located 1.5 miles away.

Our team are always happy to help and are empowered to take as long as it takes to delight each and every Guest. Anything less than service excellence is - in no uncertain terms - unacceptable at our company.

The way in which you describe how we tied everything together for you is reflective of more and more of Blackpool's businesses working together to present a seamless resort experience for our 20 million visitors per year. Those clinging onto the outdated cutthroat "What's in it for me?" and "Look after number one" attitudes who believe that "Most people are only in it for themselves" will be left behind while the rest of us thrive.

It may well be the case that when you return to Blackpool you stay once again in the property on Withnell Road a couple of doors down from our Holiday Planning Centre. However, if you fancy a change then please bear our travel site in mind as we have a choice of hundreds of accommodation options to suit every taste and every pocket.

Our Guests issuing the magic words "highly recommend" in their reviews as you did doesn't happen by accident and echoes the sentiment of Og Mandino which is close to all our hearts:

"Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again."

Looking forward to guiding you to another great time, next time.

Hello Nicola,

It was so flattering that you came to see us in South Shore - almost two miles away from where you were staying - as a result of you seeing our Weekly Goings-On Events Guide in your room. Our one-page things to see and do listings really have become a lynchpin of Little Touches, backed by hundreds of accommodation providers who make use of it in various ways to give their Guests a well-rounded Blackpool resort experience.

You were wise to opt for the Merlin Blackpool Big Ticket as this is by far the best value attraction bundle available and good on you for egging Ruby on to become "Facebook famous" as one of the latest Stars of our Show. Top-tier tucker will have also been all yours at Michael Wan's Mandarin, which was recently voted the number one Chinese restaurant in Europe and has previously been dubbed “one of Britain’s most venerable Cantonese restaurants" by food critic Jay Rayner. Even more reasons as to why our Guests love it being part of our Extra Touches Dining Discounts scheme!

With your comment of "keep it up" there's only one way to draw this reply to a close and that's by letting Leon Gorman have the final words:

"Customer service is just a day-in, day-out, ongoing, never-ending, unremitting, persevering, compassionate type of activity."

Hello Moira,

What a wonderful surprise it was to receive this kind review last night.

The continued success and growth of Little Touches is in no small part thanks to right-minded hosts like yourself and Chris. Refusing to accept the dog eat dog mentality that is so prevalent elsewhere in the business world, our "referrer army" know that Blackpool is all the better off for being all for one and one for all and are only too keen to recommend our services.

Endorsement from local hoteliers is something that we never take for granted and truly treasure. For accommodation providers as highly rated as yourself to even so much as mention our service to your Guests is an occurrence that is very special indeed.

Here's to many more years of being partners in excellence.

Deeming the service you received as not just helpful but "very helpful" reflects our commitment to exceeding expectations every time.

Although we can now keep in touch with you as we have your email address on file, as a company we're less about database and more about building a fanbase and I hope that because of that sincerity we're now top of mind to assist you with any of your future Blackpool needs.

Hello George,

You've made our Monday by enabling us to hit the big 3-0 reviews on Trustpilot and it is all the more special having been graded by your goodself the highest score possible.

The title of your review is most apt as very soon our Bond Street Hotel Agency and Ticket Office will be designated as our "Holiday Planning Centre." Guests can communicate with us pre-arrival in whichever way is convenient to them or can pop in in-person to our linger-as-long-as-you-like hospitality and entertainment hub once in resort.

The combination of those two little words of "next" and "time" side by side are why we continue to deliver heartfelt service, seeking each day to welcome more Guests to the fold who appreciate our approach and way of doing things.

We look forward to having the chance to serve you once again in the near future. As Mahatma Gandhi said:

"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so."

Dear Madam,

We always ensure that all Guests to the resort receive a warm Blackpool welcome and try to orientate new visitors as best as possible to what the destination has to offer, so it was great to read that you found our service "really helpful." It is unfortunate that on this occasion you awarded us one star shy of a 5/5 rating, but please be assured that we will do our utmost to gain a "full house" from you next time.

It may have been your first time with us, but as it appears you got a good feel for our spirit to serve, we look forward to seeing how we can delight you on your second.
