Excellent Customer Service Training

Live and Learn Consultancy delivered an excellent Customer Service Training Course for our client services team in-person at our London business offices.

Our trainer Paul was highly knowledgeable and engaging providing key insight into delivering a high level service to our customers.

Management Skills

I used Live & Learn to deliver Management Skills training for 14 of the team. It was a fantastic day, we all learnt lots of new techniques that we can use to support and development our teams. Lucas really brought the course to life and kept all the team engaged across the day.

Sales Training

We worked with Live & Learn to complete our in-house sales team training. We had the pleasure of working with Paul who specialises in Sales training. Having a training facilitator who also has lived experience of working in sales was highly beneficial for our team. Paul allowed open discussion of live examples and encouraged open conversation around applying learning to everyday scenarios. Paul has built great relationships with our team and the responsiveness of Live & earn to accommodate ensuring we had the right trainer to build on those relationships has been fantastic. Thankfully we've partnered with them for further training and we look forward to the ongoing delivery throughout the year.

Engaging and valuable

Danielle was a fantastic and enthusiastic instructor. She delivered excellent engagement across a mixed group of office-based and site-based staff, bringing the whole room together seamlessly. The content was engaging and the tools provided will be genuinely useful within the business.
Our entire team commented on how enjoyable and valuable the training was. The service from Live and Learn was outstanding from the very beginning — communication was clear, prompt, and supportive from initial enquiry through to delivery and follow-up.

Smashing session!

Paul took the time to learn about our objectives ahead of the session, and responded on the day to the people in the room. He was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. We all learned something about ourselves, and how to help our colleagues to communicate through understanding. We'll be back!

Richard delivered a really engaging…

Richard delivered a really engaging Customer Service Training course that I attended with two colleagues. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day – the course itself was excellent, and from start to finish we were really well looked after. To top it off, they even have an office dog, which is always a bonus! I’ll definitely be looking into what else they offer.

Very happy team

Paul from Live and Learn Consultancy delivered an Advanced Communication Skills session to our team.
There were quite a few of us, with several team members joining remotely, but Paul made sure we were all engaged throughout the day.
We certainly learnt a lot, both about the various personality types and about each other! There has been such positive feedback from the staff, which is great to receive.

I recently attended the Train the Trainer Masterclass delivered by Mark Simpson at Live and Learn Consultancy, and it was absolutely outstanding! Mark’s expertise and passion for training shone through in every session. Amazing Training Course!

Lucas taught a 2 day Presentation Skills Course at my workplace and was brilliant! The training was easy to follow and the results were fabulous, we all had such a good time! I learnt so many skills that I will take forward in my professional and personal life!
