HORRIBLE SCAM THEY WILL NOT DELIVER AND NOT REFUND YOU, Bought a needoh from their shop, paid in full, waited a month and got an email saying they could not deliver and would not be able to refund me. Wasted money on this horrible business. NEVER AGAIN, The owner, Paul was useless and didn't do anything to help.

We would like to clarify one important point for anyone reading this review. We have not refused refunds. Following an unprecedented supplier fraud that prevented us from fulfilling some orders, we contacted customers to explain the situation and asked whether they would voluntarily wait for their refund if they were happy to do so, as this would help ease the immediate financial impact on our small business. Customers who preferred a refund instead were still able to request one, and all requests have been processed.
Looking back, we appreciate that parts of our email may have been interpreted differently to how we intended, and we're sorry if that caused any confusion.
We fully understand how disappointing this situation has been, and we remain committed to refunding every affected customer in full.

This must be the most important shop of all. As far as
I know it is the only shop dedicated to mental health. The guys who run it are very sweet. The prices are also very low with many items being below £5. Everything is of excellent quality too.
