A very happy repeat customer.

Spiffy are my FAVOURITE shop ever, and well deserve that title.

They always go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. And bring pockets of sunshine and rainbows with their unique, carefully selected and carefully created, collection of all things positivity and encouragement for when life is less than positive.

I have placed multiple orders with them and they are always reliable and each order is infused with care and kindness.

2025's Christmas Eve box was their best yet and they're going to have a tricky task trying to design the next one because this year's couldn't have been more perfect!

Wrong from beginning to end.

First, my order was sat there for 2 weeks, I got an email admitting it had been missed. Because it had been sat there for so long one of my items had gone out stock so I had to cancel another as it was no good without the first. Then as I was shopping, a bar filled up showing 3 freebies would be added, I only got 2. Then I was promised he'd throw a few goodies in as an apology for what had happened, and he didn't. Very disappointing shopping experience, especially as past orders have been great, and I'm heavily disabled and housebound so all my shopping is done online, and it was always nice to have a good experience, unfortunately good went bad, all in one order. The lack of freebies isn't even what's upset me, I just don't like being promised something and then that turns out to be a lie.

In response to the reply from spiffy. You mess up my order, don't do what you've said you were going to do and I'm expected to show empathy? What kind of empathy would you like for that exactly? How about some empathy for the fact that I do all my ordering online because I'm heavily disabled and housebound and I normally do my christmas shopping way in advance but I was in hospital literally fighting for my life when I should have been shopping. None of that is a lie, or a sob story, I can prove it all. And I declined because neither of my kids likes octopuses, one likes dogs, the other likes cats, which is why I ordered them, and paid for them, and which I explained to you. When you told me you'd not noticed my order had been sitting there, I never got annoyed or anything else, even though I had every right to. And if it was already out of stock, it shouldn't have been advertised as for sale, simple. You still took the money for it though. And only 2 of the 3 items (bath bomb and notebook) already advertised that would be in there were actually there, I'd earned them by spending £67.95 with you, money that you took, and then sat on for over 2 weeks before doing anything. It's not my fault that you took my money under false pretenses or that I only ended up with the 2 packs of cards, I'd rather have had what I ordered. And offering a £5 voucher to someone AFTER they've said they're not going to be shopping with you again because you said you were going to do something and then didn't (basically a big whopping lie when you said you were going to throw 'a few goodies' in, and I don't like being lied to) is a little like tossing someone a life-ring after they've drowned, about the same amount of use. At the end of the day it's called customer courtesy. At least, that's what I was taught to practise when dealing with customers, no matter how rude they were. I wasn't rude to you, I simply didn't apologise to you for you taking my money and then not noticing the order was there for over 2 weeks and apparently you've taken offence at that.

Hello Carolyn, I’m sorry you’ve not had the best experience this time around. To clarify, the item in question did not go out of stock because the order wasn’t fulfilled immediately. We tried to source more stock but they had been discontinued by the supplier. We also offered you an alternative design which you declined. Nobody has gone out of their way to lie to you. We are simply human and sometimes make mistakes. However, we tried to explain and rectify the situation, but this has not been received with the empathy and understanding that we’d have hoped for. You also forgot to mention the additional £5 off code you were given. Upon reflection, having paid for two card packs worth less than £20, you received both card packs, a bath bomb, a notepad, and a £5 voucher. I’d say that overall you had a pretty good deal.

A fantastic independent that I recommend to everyone. Just received the advent calendar and it looks amazing. My daughter is looking forward to her Spiffy countdown to Christmas!

Christmas has started 🎄

Our team are looking forward to December 1st to start opening our advent calendars. Very exciting 🎄🎉🌟 we missed them last year.
We’ve had them in the past and they have been amazing and great to wake up to a gift throughout December. Thank you Spiffy. 🥳🎄🤶🧑‍🎄

Love this company and the people who…

Love this company and the people who run it. Attention to detail and the personal touch in every order. Supporting a small business is so important and this company go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have had the advent calendar for the last few years. I buy it for myself as a 'well done' for getting through the year. I look forward to opening every gift each day leading up to Christmas. They are always so well thought out. Each one puts a smile on my face and that is priceless during a usually busy and sometimes stressful time of the year. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
