Ordered a dress and needed it in 3 days, The lovely lady guaranteed me that she could get my dress to me In 2 days, which she stuck to her promise. The communication was 10/10. She sent me the delivery tracking as soon as she sent it which made things so much easier for me to collect. When the dress came wow. It looked exactly like it did from the pictures I had seen. She can also make it from your own adjustments. The quality is so worth the money. The most beautiful dress and the most beautiful lady.

Absolute terrible customer service do not recommend completely avoid! Ordered a dress at the end of August and was told I would receive in 14 days, no sign of dress so I messaged on Instagram and got an apology and told it would get sent 1st class which got posted the day before I was needing it so obviously never came. I wanted a refund but was told I could get delivery refunded which I said I was ok with. Opened the parcel when it arrived and was terrible quality totally rush made, didn’t even fit my measurements, white stitching on the front of the dress looks as if someone stitched it in their sleep I would actually be embarrassed posting something out like that. Looked a mess and a hole at the front also meant to be ‘made to measure’ but was no where near my size. Messaged about this and got the usual sorry babe send send back will fix. Sent this back paying for 1st class delivery, now three weeks later no sign of the dress which I don’t even want anymore, ever message has been ignored while she is posting ‘customer pics’ I have now had to take this to PayPal as she is clearly very rude and can’t reply happy just to steal my money rather than reply and admit she is in the wrong :) not worth the hassle this is 2 months later I still don’t have money back. If she just had the decency to message me back I would have been fine with accepting this was a mistake and taking the fixed dress as it could have been nice if it was made properly, not one to slate someone’s company and I did think everything on the Instagram page looked nice but clearly not a reliable seller just don’t want this happening to someone else!

This is the best place to get your holiday and birthday fits from without a doubt! The seller is so lovely too which makes such a difference and she guides you if you’re unsure about sizing and measurements. The material of the dresses and two pieces itself are just incredible, will definitely be buying again!
