this is my first experience with you in a long time. It went well. I have been with a competitor for years but they disappointed me and I'm trying you again. I will try you again and hope we can continue.

They started as an ooh!, nice company, went down to an eh! company, to a ugh! company. Some products are now twice the price of Amazon and Walmart. The shipping is now awful. They claim it has shipped so you can't cancel the order but it sits on their shipping dock for a week. Lost my business now.

This is the 1st time I ordered from LL Medico. I got my order in a timely manner & as promised, in a "discrete" box. I have been wearing diapers for many years & many companies do not send in a discrete box so that for me would not of been a deal breaker for me. However, I did like the many reviews I have read about the company. The fact that it is Generational family owned business. Most had nothing but good to say. I set up an account to have auto delivery. This is the 1st time getting the "Better Dry, Day" Diapers. They work very well, great tabs. I always liked the Poly backing, less sagging when changing is not an option. I personally have not always had good luck w/ velcro closures. Bottom Line...So far 5 Star for LL Medico & 5 Star for Better Dry Diapers. God Bless.

I get my Tranquility ATN and Better Dry diapers from LLMedico on automatic shipment. They ship on time and keep me informed of the deliveries. Anytime I have a question about diaper products they have been very knowledgeable and I have tried other diapers recommended by them with good success.

They always have what I need. If they are out of stock it doesn't take long for them to re-stock more.
Shipping is never a problem.

I am happy that your company is carrying Megamax now. I recently ordered them from you. The really like the free shipping. Free shipping is a huge thing for alot of people right now. The only issue I have is you advertise 1 to 3 day shipping. It usually takes me about a week to get my order from your company.

Every time I order it is fast, fair priced, and good dependable products. Always happy with my experiences.
