I have been purchasing health products from a few places, and recently while looking for the best/lowest price I came across LL Medico. At first, not being familiar with this company I was reluctant to place an order. But, after reading lots of great reviews, I did place the order. The low price quoted, the fast delivery, perfect packaging, greatly impressed me. My savings were substantial, and the delivery, was so fast, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything I experienced with LL Medico was beyond my expectations. I would be placing all my health product order with them from now on. I would recommend this great company which obviously has Customer Service at their forefront to everybody.

Received product fast and they return email’s quickly, but their product is NOT good nor as described. They then say BO returns because opened yet you don’t even know what garbage you have until it’s opened. Wanting: I would suggest no buy from here. $30 completely wasted.

I was new to the site. Trying to order a few items I needed to refill. Came across this company on FB and seen that they had the prices like half of my normal fee I pay. I then pulled them up on browser, I don't trust FB to many scammers. So going thru browser found and was scrolling, I said oh they must be giving a first time buyers special, because they also have where you can purchase Autoship to save even a greater percentage for even a better deal, when most companies to this. Now I paid 5.99 each for 1 high rise and 1 bariatric brief. These people have just blatantly lied to all who come to purchase items from them. And I wonder how long they've been getting away with this. It doesn't make any since. Is this how they treat their grandparents... I am sick of people trying to scam the elderly, because most won't respond back. Well I'm going to be a squeaky wheel, because I'm tired of having to fight for my ELDERLY RIGHTS! Ordered Feb. 22nd 2023 order#31034 paid 11.98 for 2 doggone SAMPLES!!!

I went to their web site & placed an order. The recipient does not want the items ordered. I sent an email to customer support to see about a refund since pkg was delivered. I received an email customer support would review & get in touch. So far, no response. I am asking a) can they arrange for pkg pick up, since recipient is disabled; or b) can they just issue a refund & wash out item without a return? So I saw reviews of the company & some seem satisfied with company. Yet this is my first time visiting the site & using the on-line ordering & I am NOT impressed. 2/11/23 glad others seem satisfied w/ company. I am just sharing my experience as 1st time consumer. TY Update: company charges for pick up; plus, would not refund money without a return. So, I lose out as I am not going to pay yet again for a pickup. As I stated before: I am NOT impressed.

Wish I could give even more stars. GREAT company. Have never been dissatisfied. Products come faster than anyone. I have to use Tranquility diapers. Was running out. But my order got her overnight and now I'll be ok till my medicade order gets here. DEFINITELY USE THEM

Heather, a co owner, helped me find the swim pants I needed for water therapy. She is discrete, caring, thoughtful, and made everything easy.

I had made a mistake on my first order, which she caught and corrected. I am grateful also that she was so concerned she called me!

Alex, Heather's husband, is the other owner. Having both he and Heather in charge, assure customers or either gender, caring empathetic service with total discretion.

I've ordered twice, and both times the product arrived WITHIN 48 hours! Prices are very reasonable. Return policies genuine & respected.

There aren't many businesses like LL Medico any more. Thank goodness I found them! ♥

I bought their euroflex Bloomer style plastic pants. I was within the size measurements but I find them to be extremely tight on the legs to the point they are unusable. Would not buy again.
