Terry was fantastic. Did not make a single bit of mess and just cracked on with the job. He has a real eye for detail and made sure every detail was right. Really quick service too - highly recommend him.

Cannot praise this firm enough!, the two lads, Kieran and Dan turned up on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up afterwards, gave us a tour of the Attic and explained the way the ladder worked. Easy from start to finish, from the first enquiry to the end of the installation. Fin did a brilliant job of fitting a new loft ladder and boarding out the entire loft. Honestly, everything was flawless. Communication was excellent and our attic now looks fantastic. We went from having some pitch black and completely unusable mess to a well lit space with plenty of room for storage, plus a ladder that's very easy to use. Mark was an absolute legend - probably one of the nicest men on this earth, worked like a machine despite our attic being hotter than the surface of the sun, and left the place tidier than he found it. I would trust this man with my grandma.

Excellent customer service and quality work from Lewis, Mark and the team at More Than Loft Ladders. Arrived on time, carried out the work with as little disruption as possible, tidied away after themselves once the work was completed and took the time to explain how the ladder worked. Couldn't have been happier with the workmanship or customer service received. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have had Adam working on our loft. The first time for boarding, lighting and a ladder - the second time for shelving. Both times have been fantastic, can’t fault the work done, no mess left either - Adam and his colleague turned up exactly when they said they would and have done an amazing job. There is a reason we asked him again after the first time!

We had our loft surveyed the day after we moved into our new home, Steve was efficient, on time, plenty of reminders of the visit. Quote was quick and very reasonable. On the day of the work, again lots of reminders that they would arrive at 8am, a message advising who would be attending to do the work and that they’d explain exactly what they would be doing. As promised they were at the door 8am 2 professional vans and 3 tradesmen Ivan, Liam & Phil. Ivan explained thoroughly what they would be doing. Dust sheets were placed in the work space and shoe covers. On what was one of the hottest days the 3 of them worked so hard all day, Ivan was the communicator explaining everything we needed to know as the day went on, they did not stop, their hard work, professionalism, quality of work and how clean they were as workers was second to none. We could not fault them. We had the hatch made bigger, the loft insulted, boarded and wooden ladder fitted to ensure easy access to the roof space.
They were a brilliant and efficient team and would highly recommend this company, from start to finish, fantastic, thank you.

I had the existing hatch replaced, enlarged and a very functional pull down ladder installed. The attic was insulated, boarded up and lighting was fitted. Steve attended for the initial quote and kept me posted on dates and timing. On the day Ivan, Phil and Liam were punctual, professional, pleasant, hard working and they nailed the job! There is something very reassuring about seeing a team who are expert at what they do, pulling together and taking pride in their work. The place was left clean as a whistle. I could not have been happier with the end product and the very reasonable price.

From the first visit to look at what needed to be done and give me a quote, to completing the job, Adam (from Nantwich) provided a first class service. The insulation, boarding and installing the loft ladder was completed in one day and everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Adam and more than loft ladders to anyone who is interested in improving their loft space.

Excellent company, got a recommendation from a family member. Mark came to quote very quickly, for myself and then my brother's property as well. Dave & James arrived today (within a reasonable timescale from the quote acceptance) and they were very polite, did the work quickly and cleanly. I work from home and there was very little disturbance or noise! Smashing job done and would highly recommend!

Great job carried out by the team. Our loft was fairly awkward but they navigated it well, resulting in a much better & safer job than I would ever have been able to carry out myself. Mark and Reece did an expert job and kept us up-to-date with what was happening throughout, and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Lewis also did a good job providing information & options during the initial analysis & quote.
