Lost money
Lost money, kept telling me to contact stripe, blamed me !stripe told me to contact them ! Really no idea as they told me my money was safe, you will lose money either during or definitely on the way out.After 7 weeks I will take my complaint to another level , still can’t get any documentation to right the loss off with my accountant ,they had the audacity to tell me to use my business insurance to claim the loss WTF.
Definitely do not use this poorly run organisation. No accountability they should not have access to people’s livelihood.I would give them a zero if I could.

Happy to take money and 3 months later…
Happy to take money and 3 months later still haven't done anything and now want to keep all money and charge 12 months service when the will continue doing nothing. ACC has told them they have breached our contract but local search thinks they can steal our money

Local search refuses to remove a false review.
Local search refuses to remove a bad review even though Google revoved a review from the same person, this review from a person that I have never even spoken to, claiming that I am the rudest person ever. I did speak to her husband within minutes of finding out that my best mate had died,(hence probably didn't sound too chirpy) which I explained and he seemed to understand.
Our reviews from honest long term customers are a true reflection of me and my business, not from a 2 minute random phone call!
I have phoned and emailed, heard zero back, I resorted to this review!
Still refusing to remove this totally false review.

New Website by local search
Having a meeting with Angus he had time to listen to what I wanted to achieve with regards to new business. He advised on a few pointers, and I accepted the construction of a new website by Angus and the team at local search. The step-by-step notification on the progression on the website has been really good. I am sure this next step with the team at local search will increase my customer base. Thanks Angus and team, great job so far.

What an amazing experience I’ve had after many years in business and struggling to find a proper company to build me a proper website. I finally found Brodie with local search and I’ve had such a great experience that I also brought my other company along for the ride and got them to build a website for it as well, even though things were going okay with the previous website these guys have just blown it out of the water Thank you so much. Don’t trust this company ! Will
Tell you verbally it’s a month to month contract , then when you try to cancel they tell you signed a 12 month agreement. Also I checked my website no new content was added from December until the end of May

Scammers in broad daylight!!!
Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews till I got caught in the con. Like most of the reviews, I too was lied to. Told later that I was stuck in a 12 month term which was NOT in the verbal or written agreement upon signing, now I'm in the process of lodging a complaint with fair trading and NSW tribunal. I would encourage everyone who was caught in their lies to do the same.

Excellent service and advice when…
Excellent service and advice when purchasing a new mower. I have been a customer for a few years and had equipment repaired and serviced here. The only Briggs and Stratton true sales, service and parts dealer left in town. All staff are friendly especially Joan.
