Ordering was simple - was very pleased to have a discount. Delivery was quick. I order your cocktails for special occasions and Christmas and Birthday presents and everyone loves them.

Super positive experience with this company who were responsive and so accommodating. I emailed the customer care team about a minor issue with my order and received a response within an hour advising that a replacement order would be shipped that very same day. The replacement arrived the next morning before 10am! Beautifully presented and the personalisation makes for such a lovely touch, will look forward to gifting.

The picante was a hit for our party, would definitely order again!

We ordered a gift set to try out the products. If i had to give separate rating to each of the 4 cocktails it would be 5 starts on picante, 4 on negroni, 3 on lychee martini and 1 on expresso martini hence my final rating of 3 out of 5. The cocktails are decent but not for the price you pay. Very expensive for what they are.

Just after purchasing I looked on trustpilot and then got worried. However, I shouldn’t have worried as my first bottle with a personalised label arrived quickly (ordered on the 6th just before the 4 day bank holiday weekend and received it on the Tuesday).
I was so impressed I ordered 2 more personalised bottles on Tuesday afternoon which arrived on Thursday.
Would absolutely recommend and I think they will add a super special touch to my sisters hen party.

I ordered a selection of small bottles from them on 5 October and they billed me immediately. My account on their website shows that the order was fulfilled, but nothing ever arrived. I emailed a week ago to request that they either deliver it or refund me, but they have not replied to the email. There is no phone number for the company. I am starting to wonder if they have gone out of business. I am now pursuing a refund from my credit card company.

Edited to add: this company contacted me in June 2023 to apologise and sent a replacement order free of charge. I appreciated that they eventually reached out to me, but it took them a while! The replacement cocktails were tasty and super easy to use.

Poor experience. Wanted to get a personalised label on a bottle of Picante to ask my friend to be my maid of honour and the bottle arrived without label. Have been emailing customer service who said they will send it out and that its on it's way and label never arrived. Have emailed another 3 times but now they are completely ignoring my emails.

Really poor customer service and coordination, would not recommend
