All easy and straight forward

The price is very reasonable. The included next day delivery. The very quick dispatch. The customer service was prompt to respond to emails enquiries. Great service, great prices, great business. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Product in stock even though it was it was not a common type of lock. Super fast delivery.

This product was useless as it doesn't come with the latch or deadbolt latch. Even the locksmith said the same thing.why would you sell just the shell? I asked for a exchange for a full part, they sent me a link for 45 when I said 35, which be no good to me. In the end the locksmith got the full part from elsewhere and told me to return mines back. They also charged me £5.40 for returning the item, even thou I paid the postage for return. I don't recommend this company. You only see so much good reviews as they give you discount on your next order.

very helpful member of staff when I called to ask a question, very reasonably priced and a speedy delivery

The lever operated latch and deadbolt was bought to replace the original on a 30+ years old PVC door which had become extremely floppy, The replacement was a perfect match and fitting was straightforward and took me less than 20 minutes. The new latch and deadbolt work perfectly and are of a very good quality, so my door is set for another 30+ years. I shall recommend it to anyone who says their door handle has begun to blow about in the wind.
It was easy to find on line and ensure it was the right fit, the price was surprisingly good and delivery was very prompt. Excellent service, thank you.
