Unfortunately a blind purchased from loft blinds developed a fault. I emailed loft blinds to explain the fault, and that it was still under warranty. Communication with the team was excellent, with prompt handling of emails and letting me know what will happen next. Photos were provided on the fault, which were sent to velux. A replacement was send out within 7 days. Excellent customer service from a great team at loft blinds.

The blind was received quite quickly considering it was sent from France. It was a good price - far cheaper than Velux's website.

Pretty effortless order process and they came in sooner than expected too. I wasn't sure what would actually turn up but received genuine Velux blinds and of course they fitted like a dream! Just make sure you check everything before submitting your order. I thought I'd got it right but when the acknowledgement came through I decided to call them to check and it wasn't how I wanted it. Fortunately they were able to change it with the factory before processing the order.

This is the second time we’ve used Loft Blinds for Velux window blinds. The ordering process is super easy & we were able to select what we wanted with no problems. Delivery time was communicated well and we got the blinds when & as expected.

Blind is good quality and fits the window perfectly. Being able to order samples was a real bonus and enabled me to select the perfect colour for my room.

Initially I ordered a set of blinds with a white frame, but when the delivery arrived, it was an aluminium frame. Loftblinds arranged for the product to be taken back and I ordered again with the white frames which were delivered and working well.
Loftblinds should specify on the final stage of the ordering process whether the frame is in aluminium or white.
