Used this company before and whilst I did look around elsewhere, ordered again from them. Genuine Velux blinds at a reasonable price. Arrived very quickly - within days - and received regular updates. Easy to fit with the picture instructions. Wish I'd put up this blackout blind before. This particular window doesn't need screening as such but didnt realise how much heat was coming in from just this small window. The blackout blind has made an amazing difference, not just in this room but across the loft space. The other blinds we purchased from this company are still working perfectly 7-8 years later. Did my order on the laptop as found the webpage a bit difficult to navigate on a phone screen but not a problem for me.

The blinds arrived on exactly the stated day. Genuine Velux branded product. They were fairly easy to fit, but I don't like those pictures they use instead of written instructions. I had to fit one before I really understood. I would have like a quicker delivery, but they came all the way from Denmark to an offshore address.
