Easy to order Velux solar blinds on website. Arrived earlier than expected. Price was much cheaper than on other websites. No issues whatsoever, came very well packaged and communication from company was excellent.

Fabulous customer service at the best prices out there
Very helpful with working out the details over the phone. Very personal. None of this patronising "we are very busy, press this for that" nonsense.
Products arrived as ordered, price was radically cheaper than buying direct from velux. Good 'old school' customer service.

Great value and Velux genuine blinds. Fitting is a very simple process, with great instructions (The Danes are great at this).
Keeps the light out as described. Delivery was exactly as promised.

Very bad communication, input wrong address on the delivery note, even we have informed you about the address you still deliver wrong , arrange for a new delivery day, still has been dispatched wrong with out any notification!!!

We felt communication was exemplary.
We pointed out that you imputed your address in the wrong fields at the order stage. However we immediately corrected that for you. You then informed us that your company was closed for two weeks so you would not be there on the set delivery date. We canceled that order and placed a new one to fit in with your preferred delivery date.
We have at least 14 email communications on record.
We fail to see where we are at fault.
