The blinds we wanted arrived in time, great service. Low price. Thank you

Blonds arrived in time as promised no hassle

The samples of velux blinds material arrived quickly. They were far nicer than non velux materials from other suppliers. I ordered 4 blinds and one hook to put on the end of my own pole. A loftblind person who saw my order realised I had made a mistake and rang me. I needed a hook for each blind......the hook doesn't fit on the pole!! Well spotted and the error rectified during the phone call.

I bought two solar powered Velux window blinds to go in a new extension - they were easy to order, a very competitive price, and delivered a couple of days before expected. There was a lead time of a couple of weeks, but the blinds come directly from Velux in Denmark, so when you factor that in, it's not actually that bad. They were easy to fit too, we followed a You Tube video. They've made such a difference to the extension, and I'm really pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

The blind was delivered in a timely fashion and was exactly as ordered. Fitting was surprisingly easy. So happy.

This company have an easy to use website, their blinds are great quality and they dispatch quickly and well packaged.

Great delivery and lovely blinds
Thank you

Great service and price.

Great velux blinds, no hidden surprises. Very happy with the service.

Very good communication from the customer service to keep us updated on delivery date.

Very straightforward ordering process, and delivered on time.
I mistakenly incorrectly one of four blinds, the return process was dealt with, and refunded quickly.
All of the blinds I purchased were fitted without any problems, and are of a very high quality.

Easy to order and delivered long before the target date.

Very responsive and knowledgable. They actually helped us select the right product through a quick phone call.
We ordered the original velux blind, and the item was as described and arrived earlier than expected, at a reasonable price.
Will use again if we need to buy similar products

Easy to fit,.looks great
Thanks

Excellent service from the company. Had a querie trying to change the size of the blind. To my surprise I had a phone call, on their day off to correct the order. Over and above their duty, superb customer service. Will buy again as the blind was as described and arrived with no problems.

Loftblinds have been a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service team was extremely helpful with a query that I raised before purchase and I received regular updates about delivery dates from them. The fitting process was relatively straightforward despite windows that were difficult to access. Would thoroughly recommend the firm.

Amazing service yet again. My previous blinds that were up for 12 years died on me. When I came to make this order all my previous details were on file.

Happy with the price and delivery.
All went to plan. Thank you
