I order oil from this company and they charged £6.99 for it, I never got confirmation, but they took that money, then proceeded to take 2.lots of £3 from my account all within the sake month of January.

I sent them an email and the denied me purchasing the oil from them, stating they were an electronic company, but the did take the 6.99 from me. I am raising a dispute, because I haven't received anything for my 6.99 but thankfully the bank got me back the 2 x £3 that the tried to take also.

Disgusting behaviour. I did not even want to give 1 start, but no.option to do otherwise.

My review seems to be the same as everyone else this company is a load of scanners paid 6-99 for a table to go over my bed. Friday they have applied for a£24-99 extra payment which I found pending in my on line bank statement hopefully I have managed to cancel. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IF IT HAS COVID!!!!. TAKE MONEY THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO TAKE - 5 STARS

Ordered a kitchen container storage set for ,£3.... apparently I subscribed to a electronic device company discount service... contacted through chat line .asked to unsubscribe which they did....not bothered bout 3 quid but that's not the point....what an absolute scam !🤬😡😠😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a fidget toy through an advertisement on TikTok & I paid £3 for it, I’m not bothered about the £3, but for starters I haven’t even had the item & now it turns out there was no order placed & it was for a subscription thing for £24.99 every two weeks! This is an absolute scam! They also are operating through another website called alluredaysclub which also took £3 the day I ordered the fidget toy from the other website, and they have the exact same subscription set up! I spoke to a webchat person and he had the same name “Jobert” so it 100% is the same site but another name! This is 100% a fraud/scam!

This site is a scam, they just collected money from my account now without ordering anything from them. The Dior perfume I ordered didn't come. Yet they just collected £24.99 from my account now.Scam scam scam. God will purnish you lot. Beware people, the site is scam 😒

I placed an order with Lofty purse in April 2022 it’s now June. I’ve emailed them and heard nothing. Have not received my order!! Company is a scam!! Will now contact my charge company and report them!!

It’s a scam site. Change your bank details if they’ve taken money out of your account. They will keep taking and taking.

Honestly, I completely understand the low reviews.To some extent I totally agree but what I've learned is that this stuff is coming out of China or some other third world country and it takes what seems like forever to get through customs, etc. I ordered several things..I just finally gave up on trying to track it, I hadn't spent that much anyway, no big deal. I chalked it up to yet another time I was scammed by yet another person lower on the evolutionary scale.
Low and behold a few weeks ago I received 1of the items I had ordered! I was not overly impressed with the quality but nevertheless there it was. They have since sent me notification of impending shipments. Will they come? Who knows but in their defense I truly believe that it has more to do with their inability to move their stuff out of wherever they are than them being crooks. What if they are in Myanmar? I know I don't know.

I am soooo sick of getting "catfished" byt these damn companies....Lofty is one. My experience is exactly like the ones being read. I email them about every 2 days and all I get is that they are preparing my order and should ship soon ! I ordered this 2 months ago ! Pisses me off sooooo bad. Stuff looked so cute , but you'll NEVER get it ! errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Like others I ordered something a month ago and kept getting run arounds on oh it has shipped, oh we have a different shipping company, etc. I paid via paypal and put a claim in for a refund, we will see if get money back...

I placed an order on 3/25/21 and still nothing, I’ve emailed about 10 times demanding a refund and all they keep saying is oh, it was just sent and that is their response every time. They refuse of cancel or refund my order by just saying “it’s shipped” yet not they do not provide any tracking info. Absolute garbage.

Ordered small item 10 days ago, payment went through fine but didn't receive any order confirmation from them.
Contacted them and asked for this, advised my item has been shipped but they can not supply any confirmation / receipt or shipping info. Rubbish
Should have done research before buying as my experience matches pretty much everybody else's on here - lesson learned

This site the worst. Ordered a art piece. Been a month and nothing. Website not user friendly. They took my money, lesson learned. Hopefully they meet justice.

Only gave one star because I had to select at least one. It should be NO stars. This is the worst, scam artist company. Took my cash but product didn’t arrive. They do answer emails but it’s a load of rubbish about how it’s on it’s way, never to appear. Asked for tracking details and was sent some bogus thing that said it has been dispatched that day. Challenged them and now ghosted. Asked for refund many times but now being ignored. Avoid this awful company, total scam!!

I’m actually wondering if this is a scam site?
I ordered an item 4 weeks ago, no sign of it and no correspondence regarding shipping. I have contacted FunLofty on several occasions for the date of shipment, where the item is coming from, a number to contact and every reply has been ‘please be patient. We are sorry’. I’ve now asked for a refund 3 times and there has been no reply to this. Will never ever buy from here again. Please don’t do it

Would be no stars if possible. Ordered something over a month ago and received nothing. Contacted customer service who said it had been shipped, 3 weeks later, nothing.
