Great Company Great Service

I have been using them since 2006. And whenever I had any issue they're always a ticket away and resolve it quickly.

When I experienced technical problems on the site, the support crew went above and beyond to help me get back up and running, even assisting with Apps I had installed on their platform that they weren't directly responsible for.

THE LATEST: I cannot transfer out the domain I transferred in, he says he owns it now because he gave me a refund I never asked for. I would gladly pay but he says never to contact him again because I wrote this review. If you have a problem, get your domains out first before you complain about it.

I'm sure the services are fine but I don't think they are up front about the pricing. I learned after I ordered that the private domain contact is $15 per year for EACH domain and SSL is also $15 per year for EACH domain. For two domains that is $96 per year including registration. Compare that to Dreamhost which offers LetsEncrypt SSL and private domain contact at no additional charge.

EDITED: I corrected the error in the above review and apologized. I have to remove a star now that the company is threatening me with a defamation lawsuit and has suspended my account. I assume I am not getting my money back. It's too bad I can't post screenshots of his communications to me, they say more than I ever could.

FURTHER: Now they have rejected my domain transfer request so I can just let them have my money and go away, I have to wait 60 days now before I can make an ICANN complaint. My account is still suspended so no service and I am not even free to leave them my money and walk away.

FURTHER: I did receive a refund which I appreciate, hopefully they will accept the next domain transfer request. Now that I don't have an account I can't communicate with support anymore.

On HostAdvice they say there is a 30-day money back guarantee, don't believe it. If you upset them this will all happen to you. Definitely one-star experience now.

We are very satisfied with the IP leasing services of Logicweb. Setup and support is fast. We had no real issues yet.

We have been using LogicWeb for 2 years now and our experience has been very positive. I have only leased IP here, so far so good. There's no hiccups at all. Support was great from purchase and change of ASN was responsive and helpful.

These guys are great, 5 star support and service!
