Excellent experience!

We had some leased IP space which ended up with legal issues with AFRINIC. Logic Web was able to accommodate us and get us new IP space to take care of the issues. Good experience.

Excellent!

Chad has been helping us with our domain for years. He is sooooo helpful! And whenever we have an issue, which is hardly ever, he is super fast to respond and remedy any issue. He's also so helpful if we have any questions.

Logic Web's Customer Service is the Best in the Biz

I've been a Logicweb customer for nearly a decade now and can honestly say they are one of the best out there. After using other services before them and being dissatisfied, LW is a God send. Their services are competitive, but what really puts them above and beyond the competition is their customer service. They're responsive, attentive, and always make things right, no matter what time of day it is or the time zone I'm in. In my opinion, they're the best out there, by far.

Horrible company

Horrible company - unreliable for anything you care about. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. After some unexplained issue where I stopped receiving emails from the company on billing and did not receive a notice about needing to update my credit card for 2 months for shared hosting on a static portfolio site I check into 1x or 2x a year since I don't need to update the content frequently, I get the following correspondence from their Support group: "No where did I state that you have to log into the portal to read emails. That's illogical nor anything implied like that. Where did you read such a illogical thing in my last reply to you? No where. There is no "alerting gap" that you just invented. We emailed you using standard old classic email protocol like we email everyone of our clients for the past 17 years.

We emailed you, simple as that. That means, you were emailed to your Gmail on file. Check your spam folder. Did you do that? We're not responsible if you did not check your spam folder or if our emails landed there."

What a horrible company to speak to someone like this. I didn't have any emails in my spam. No emails whatsoever from them, and then this language. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.

I doubt they will be around for much longer given their approach to this issue.

False claims. Fake name here on TP as well.

They did not pay for invoice on January 1st 2021. They demanded their files on March 1st, exactly 60 days after and over 20 email reminders sent in January. Started abusing support team with a condescending tone and accusing us of expecting her to log into the customer portal to view emails, despite that never being said and does not make actual sense. Then she accuses us of not calling her number instead of suspending her account (again, 60 days later). No company with thousands of clients globally will call their clients to remind them of an overdue invoice. We provided proof of all emails sent and she insisted on her attitude and dishonesty instead of accepting her on wrongdoing. She waited until yesterday to validate her email address on file also. Then, she logged in to change all her profile info (name, address, email, phone) to random gibberish content after we threatened her with a defamation lawsuit.

The worst company in the world

I will tell my experience with this company from the beginning,
First, of thing, I was surprised by the features that this company offers like (2GB Ram, 2 CPUs Cores) but after I examined these resources I discovered that this is the big lie. I ran a Magento site in this hosting despite all the limitations in it and every time I open Magento backend I get the "Resource Limit Reached" message.
Second is the hell of the support guy who thinks that he is the only person on the planet that knows how to run a server and nobody knows.
when I screenshot the problems and prove it they don't even say "Thank you" or "We are sorry for this mistake" they just try to resolve it after a rude speech.
Finally, I decided to move to another hosting company and want to download server backup, They said you should backup your sites your self, However, I did it and when I started to download the files, I discovered that the download speed is very low and imagine how does it take time to download such 50GB of files.
When I asked them for the support they said - as usual - we can not do anything and you are the only customer that complains about the download speed.
They closed my account without any warning and they didn't let me complete downloading my backups!

This is false. Client processed an "immediate" cancellation via WHMCS and we proceeded as requested. The download speed issue was local to his connection and outside our network or ability to fix. This was explained to him several times and he would not accept the fact of the matter. Instead, he went on to blame us and start name calling the support rep who responded. His site showed the same error on the new host as well, this was a config issue with his Magento, not the hosting server with LogicWeb.
