These guys are true to their word. When they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee they really mean it. Even though there was a misunderstanding to begin with on the concept they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product. Really pleased with the outcome of my logo. Communication is good and they work long hours which means quicker turnaround.

It was quite seamless and the service was prompt. They listened and got what I wanted straight away. For non-techno savvy people like me however, To send the formats in all different forms (pdf,jpg etc) without explanation of what these are for was a confusing point for me.
However, the finished product was very well done.
