Go 1 size up on the hoodies. Im generally a small, medium is a better fit. Great quality material. Communication started slow but prompt thereafter. Website easy to use.

They are very quick and professional, I gave them my design , they redesigned it with my permission and I could not be happier with the result would 100% refer them to my mates and I will be getting more off them.

Awful company..ordered in March still waiting for the order have asked about 25 times through their “customer service”chat bot and they said in final stages of production now it’s changed to no stock yet and coming in a couple of days, no one answers the phone if you call..stay away

I feel ripped off for having to give 1 star. Absolutely horrid service. Unfortunately l fell prey to the scam like many others have written - you approve a design, they knock it back and ask for more money to resolve but then they never proceed past this approval process. Please do not use this service, unless you simply want to lose money

5 weeks to complete instead of the advertisid 8 days. Drawstring in garment all damaged and frayed.
Help desk won't get back to you.
It's not cheap or fast or good quality.

Please take this as a big warning, all the bad reviews are right. Absolutly the most terrible service I have recieved, been weeks and weeks waiting for my order and still no proper details.... please if you are looking for service DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Finally received after many unanswered emails and contact, company never attempted to contact me back. Quality is garbage, so disappointed, really recommend anyone else experiencing these problems to make complaint's to fair trading and ACCC.

I placed uniform orders in February. They took my money, back n forth multiple times as they didnt have high vis colours that they advertised. Finally a month later it was resolved. The they went into production & mid April they said the uniforms where ready to send. April , the tracking never got updated, May arrived still no uniforms, for the 10th time I contacted Logoed, they then tried to tell me I needed to contact their freight ppl. I contacted Aramex who told me they would send the items. No updates, contacted Aramex and logoed, both doged responsibility saying uniforms should arrive 1-2 days. MID MAY NO UNIFORMS.
NO UPDATES NO RESPONSE.
HAVE REQUSTED REFUND!

NEVER AGAIN.

We have been waiting for over 2 months and received nothing.No communication at all.Now I came to put a review and seen so many bad reviews with same issue.Dont know if we getting our orders.Definitely going to the bank for refund for fraud and scam.

We paidfor the tshirt with logo but the shirt never arrived. We tried contacting them but no response. Seems like a Scam website. They are scammers

Don't do it. After 6 weeks I've received nothing. Constantly being told "we're assigning your order with the highest priority". Don't believe it. They provided a tracking number but they never sent it, tracking shows that they never posted it, even after a month.

Complete scam. Report has been filed with ACCC.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Terrible communication. Literally can not get ahold of them. They will ignore requests for refunds. I'm reporting them for fraud

I can confirm the negative reviews are legitimate. I ordered a simple hat and shirt. 8 weeks later, still waiting. Trying to get an update is painful and customer support is extremely slow at responding.

Best to avoid - this seems like a complete scam. I have no conviction that I will actually receive the products as ordered and this is a complete scam website.

I was disappointed, not in the quality of the shirt, It’s very good, but in the quality of printing. I thought I was getting a screen printed shirt. In fact I just got one of those heat transfers which I could’ve got done at Temu. I also got hit up for another $15 for artwork and when I said refund my money instead all of a sudden they could do it without the $15 mock up. No, I would not recommend this company but I would recommend Temu.
