Please stay away from this company by all mean. This is my second review since they beg me to take the first one down with the promise of giving me free animation. But it wont matter. Theyll start on your project ..scam someone else project. Tell you they need more money , give it to them still get nothing. They suppose to file my llc and after months didnt. I ask for my money back they tell me i have to wait 90 days. Since i refuse to pay for a llc with anymore money they dont call me , text or nothing at all. Funny thing about all this is... more than 90 days pass now i dispute the charges with my bank . You know they had the audacity to dispute the charges when they actually owe me the refund . I had the reciepts and no llc anthony sarkozy scew me ...ryan dosche told me anthony sarkozy was fire and he's still work there. Fiveer is much faster, more professinal and more honest.

Logoorb.com says on their website they do good work with a money-back guarantee. They don't listen when trying to walk them through what's wanted. They won't honor their moneyback guarantee, and when trying to talk to them, they don't listen and want to try to talk me out of it even after I told them ten times I have hired someone else. The result is remedial at best.

Taking your money without providing the service and not honoring the Money-Back Guarantee is fraud. I'm contacting my attorney and the FTC, but I want to warn everyone that they are scam artists.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Instead of admitting that they could not provide me with the website service that I requested, they quoted me a cheaper price to get me started and then later admitted that a higher price would be required to complete the work. They refused to provide me a refund despite their receipt stating: "money back guarantee if not satisfied" and not even completing a basic website design. FRAUD!

I was very happy with the final product. The color scheme was clean and asthetically pleasing. It was just what I was looking for.

Michael Stephen has been great with trying to help me reach my goal with my small business and is a very great help and listener. I will continue to work with him because he’s been nothing but a great help to me!

Fast service, but will take a little time to work with the creators to get exactly what you want. Overall, the service was satisfactory.

They saved my butt! I had a deadline on a project my boss threw at me last min expecting it done in one day.I was desperate. I found them online and had no expectations. My designer (shout out to George) was so awesome he went above and beyond and created a great logo that was spot on to what I envisioned the same day. Hands-down a great experience and definitely going to utilize their services again. I highly recommend.

This is the worst company I ever worked with.
First, The online sales guy was showing me different logo styles I liked. I agreed and he told me that he is going to get me the premium package. I paid for that and i was told that I will have 5-10 designers design and I can pick from it.
That never happened. They assigned me only one designer who was novice. After explaining and showing what I am looking for he sent me designs that was completely out of my desire requirement. all the designs he sent me were the one I can go on free logo website and make it on my own. This kept happening and I was frustrated . Finally I sent them some design that i made and sent them. 3 months later they made something that i liked a little and to get done with it I approved it. I was told that it will be done in 15 day. By the time I paid for the order and received my business cards it more than 6 months.
Meanwhile the guy who was managing the project" so called manager" was so rude that I even didn't want to talk to him.
The quality of the printed cards are so cheap that you cannot give that to your clients.
So, If you are thinking to get your logo designed from Logo orb, my advice to you is get it done yourself. Its probably way better and way faster. They are worthless. Do not waste your money.

I would give this company a ZERO if I could, but to leave this review, I had to leave them something. Worst experience/ company that I have ever done business with. Working with them was a Waste of money and time. I hired this company to create a website for me and two business pages (FB & Instagram), and it has been nothing but a headache/ nightmare and waste of money. That was in August 2020, and they just now sent me my login credentials to have admin access to my website, which I still was not pleased with. It took them ages to finish my website. My Business Consultant (Henry) was rude and unprofessional on several occasions with my husband and me.
When he could not upsell me or any more of their expensive products, he stopped contacting me via phone "mind you. They were still working my website and posting content on my social media platform, which did nothing for me or my business." My business consultant was (rude and very unprofessional). I had to report him to his manager on several occasions. I do not understand how they are in business. Every comment you see hear regarding their services is accurate, and you should run fast! Save your money and time. From what I experience personally, they suck, and once they cannot get any more money from you, they ignore your emails. I am tracking them down to get my login credentials for my social media platform and have gotten nowhere; it has been weeks now. This whole experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money. Paying for their services cost me lots of money, and the finished product they created for me Sucked. For me, this experience was a BIG headache and a waste of time/ money. I paid another developer to build me a new one, with good speed, and one that I could manage, etc. I could not be any happier with my new website. I sent a request to my server, which holds my website that they created to cancel/ delete it. WASTE of money and months of my time. Please listen to the reviews. They are accurate.

I had a great experience with Jay at Logoorb. I only needed a logo, and the creative team came up with some really cool concepts and ideas. After a few rounds of feedback on colors and fonts I'm super happy with my final logo. Thanks guys!

Alex was great. Perfect quality and good service for the money

Alex Daniel was great. I gave him a concept and a hand drawn black and white sketch and told him I needed it to be brought to life. And he did just that. After I received the logo in my email I had one minor suggestion on one of the shades.
