The cake was lovely and very special to me as it was for my one-year-old’s birthday. I was really happy and excited to collect it, but I felt a bit disappointed by the service. The lady who served me didn’t smile or greet me, and the interaction felt unfriendly. As someone who works in customer service, I couldn’t help but feel slightly judged, which took away from what should have been a joyful moment.

This is the second time I’m ordering a chocolate brownie vegan cake from Lola’s cake and it’s delicious. We always get our orders in time for my daughter’s birthday parties since she was 1 year old.

I got the Carmel biscuit cake. The cake was absolutely delicious. Very moist. I just expected it to be bigger since it said serves 8. Maybe my family are just big backs. Hardly fed 2 adults and child.

The numbered mini cup cakes were amazing we loved them when I needed to change something no one answered the phone and when I called head office and left a message no one returned my call but the cakes were fabulous

Nowadays I dont get confirmation email when it's ready for collection. However cakes or cupcakes are amazing as usual.
