Really easy to order and pick up was super handy direct from the train station. Bought for an birthday Everyone enjoyed them.

This is a beautifully decorated cake - I ordered the Biscoff one. Have to say for my personal taste the chocolate hazelnut one is nicer but these was still great. Could perhaps do with more staff at the train station outlets - I had left 20 minutes to collect the cake before my train and I was still dashing to the platform because the poor staff member was struggling to deal with customers and collection

I had such a lovely experience at Lola’s Cupcakes in front of King’s Cross Underground station. It was my birthday and Valentine’s Day, and the station was incredibly busy, but the young man who served me was calm, kind and genuinely trusting.
My family and I spend quite a lot at Lola’s, though we never remember which account we’ve used as we all have one. He handled everything with such ease and warmth. His service was exactly what Lola’s Cupcakes should represent everywhere.
The cinnamon cupcake was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. It genuinely restored my faith in great customer care. Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer for years because Lola's cupcakes are always fresh, look perfect, are delicious and they have a large variety of flavours. I recently bought a variety box for a friend's birthday, which was a huge hit!!! The lady at the counter was incredibly helpful, she took the time to sign me up for their loyalty program. It's rare to find such consistent quality and proactive service. Highly recommended!

Lola always delivers good quality cakes. Though I wish I ordered a bigger size so I didn't have to buy for an additional one. The 8 people cake is rather small.
But nice chocolate and cookies cake!

Easy to order online and convenient collection point at the station. The cake was very well packaged and it was easy to transport (it was a small size cake 8 portions cake). The decoration quality and freshness were also great. Will order again and experiment with other flavours on offer.
