Amazing

I was planing my wife's birthday/baby gender reveal and her favourite desert shop is Lola's.
So I went to the closest from our venue and it was great the lady was knowledgeable and kind.
The cupcakes and birthday cake were as expected perfect!
Couldn't recommend it more!

Excellent chocolate heaven cake

Excellent chocolate heaven cake, beautifully decorated and everyone loved it. Collection at London Bridge underground Stn. was faultless. Would definitely purchase from Lola’s again, Very professional and efficient. Thank you!

It was truly a fabulous cake

It was truly a fabulous cake - looked fabulous, tasted DELICIOUS and honestly you’d never know it was vegan. Massive success. So cute the hand piped decoration…. THANK YOUUUU

Way too much sugar and icing

Way too much sugar and icing. My 5 years old had one bite of her birthday cupcake and then didn’t want any more, and neither did I.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

I am sorry that you found the cake too sweet. The Unicorn cake is a buttercream cake which is the sweetest icing we offer, and also has lots of sugar decorations.
I can recommend a cream cheese or mascarpone frosted cake as these do contain less sugar in the icing.

Delicious birthday cake and cupcakes

I ordered a birthday cake for home delivery which came in time and was really delicious (the black forest gateau cake). The small size was more than enough for 6 adults. I also bought two boxes of cupcakes from the London Bridge site which were all absolutely delicious. Would certainly buy from here again!

Waited 10 minutes at Lola's London…

Waited 10 minutes at Lola's London Bridge this morning. No Server.. Contacted customer service and they suggested feedback, here is the 1 Star feedback

I'm very sorry to hear that you had to wait at our London Bridge shop to receive service.

The team member at the shop may have to leave for short periods on occasion for many different reasons, but there should always be a message left at the stand to advise you that they will return shortly.

Perfect large cake for a milestone birthday

Ordered a large cake for my milestone birthday. It was (thankfully) bigger than I envisaged and definitely delivered the number of portions stated.

The cake looked great, it was beautifully iced and the personalised writing was perfect. Most importantly it tasted incredible and had the right balance of sponge to icing.

Finally just a note that the cake was well packaged in a sturdy box. Pick up was smooth and staff very friendly.

Occasion cakes

Ordered two cakes! The pearl cakes was lovely although the icing was quite sweet! Very creamy and sponge moist! We also ordered the vegan red velvet which was very good, moist and tasty!
Highly recommend love the cakes!staff were very careful with my items and received excellent customer service with polite staff!
