This was a great solution for acquiring a birthday cake for our child’s birthday party, in the O2 on Greenwich peninsula. The ordering process was easy, and there were a range of tasty cakes to choose from. We could order online a few days in advance and then collect it on the day from the Lola’s kiosk at North Greenwich station. This was a much better option for us, than getting a shop bought cake (or making a home made one) and then travelling with it, in the Jubilee Line, to North Greenwich. The Lola’s Kiosk is less than 5 minutes walk from the O2. The cake was a nice size and good value for money. It tasted incredible. I usually don’t eat cakes, due to my fitness regime, but couldn’t resist a slice! We went for the chocolate fudge cake which we were able to order, with our child’s name on.

The cupcake are nice but I was given a different flavour from what I ordered, which I only discovered when I came home and opened the box.

The Cake was great

Ordered a cake for my mum’s 70th birthday. I loved the option of being able to pick up from the stall at North Greenwich - so convenient for me! Everyone loved it, the cream cheese icing was fantastic!

Lola's are my go to, for cakes. Love the variety and always delicious.

I had a very disappointing experience while shopping. I specifically asked the staff to remove one of 4 cupcakes. so my daughter could enjoy it immediately. Unfortunately, when she took it out, the cupcake broke, and to my surprise, she didn’t offer an apology—not even a hint of regret. Instead, she calmly proceeded to clean her tongs without acknowledging the situation. We were quite let down. As loyal customers who have always loved Lola’s cupcakes, this incident has truly changed our perception. I can’t see myself returning to the North Greenwich station branch again.
