Lovely chocolate & raspberry cake, not too sweet and beautifully presented. Also tried the tiramisu cake which was very tasty.

Easy to navigate the website and place order. Collection was simple and the cake was both beautiful to look at and delicious! I'm really impressed .

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Didn’t arrive collect location; they told me it arrives in 45 min; still didn’t they send gift card etc but still i had to find another cake and drop it to my kids nursery; take a cab etc huge inconvienece

Thank you for getting in touch with us about your most recent order with us.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused with this issue in our bakery that caused your order to be sent out later than booked.
Our team takes every possible effort in these rare occasions when something like this goes wrong to ensure that we can solve the issue.
We do apologise that our driver was late of the estimated arrival time we had then listed for you as they worked to get this order from our central bakery to the store location as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately traffic conditions had caused the driver to be approximately 5 minutes late of the time we had estimated over the phone and this was too late.
Our team continued to stay in contact and offered further for the driver to deliver directly to the venue for your celebration but this was unfortunately not possible to be received this way at that time, so we fully refunded your order and provided additional compensation.
We do apologise again for these issues and the inconvenience and disappointment that they caused and have been certain to fully investigate the issue and take steps into best assuring this does not reoccur.

Lolas is great 🎂
A+ - Ordered red velvet birthday cake online 2 days before for my sister, she absolutely loved it. It tasted lovely, moist and delicious. The service was great at victoria, cake was ready for me to pick up, went early in the morning. Will definitely be ordering from Lola's again! Very happy 😊

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s…
We ordered a cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday and the handwritten message was awful! It was not at all like the beautifully scripted words on cupcakes we see in their stands but just so terribly written, that my daughter’s name appeared misspelt. I don’t know how this passed quality control and/or they could assign this role to someone who clearly cannot write with an icing tool. Whilst many of us would laugh this off, my ten year old didn’t find it so funny. They offered a gift voucher for this, but this only allows us to purchase cupcakes at a store.

The design of the cake was as in photos…
The design of the cake was as in photos and the taste was good, but you wrote wrongly the name of the birthday person even though the order was made online and the name in the order was written correctly. One of your team member even called to confirm the name and still wrote it wrongly and that was not the best surprise for the birthday boy and parents…
Please pay more attention next time as we didn’t get at least 5% discount or any apology’s…
