I am so glad I discovered the London Dance Studio! I absolutely love attending classes as everyone is so welcoming and friendly, which makes it the perfect place to learn.
The teachers are international experts with incredible talent, but what really stands out is how patient and encouraging they are. They create a fun, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, whatever their experience level.
The six-week courses are fantastic, offering a range of levels, with formal classes on a Monday and follow up practice on Wednesdays. It's amazing to see just how much you can learn and progress under their expert guidance. I've been coming for nearly a year now, and I've enjoyed every course. I can't wait for the next course.

Friendly, Fun and Great dance tuition

I absolutely love this dance school! I started ballroom dancing here in February and it has become one of the highlights of my week. The teachers are wonderful – friendly, patient, encouraging and professional. There is such a warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and I always leave the classes smiling.
The classes are great fun, and I have discovered a real love for ballroom dancing. Waltz has become my absolute favorite! The beautiful venue makes the experience even more special.
I am so happy I found this school and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to discover the joy of dancing!

Monday was the last of 4 week Paso Doble classes where we learned quite an intricate routine. I was surprised that I managed to remember it all as it was a little above my league. Ralf the instructor was patient with me. And that was she last class for the summer too. Looking forward to the new group classes starting back in September.

Have been attending on and off for the last year or two- is a welcoming, inclusive community. Initially nervous about attending on my own (and as I have two left feet) but the partner swapping allows for mingling, the teachers are fun and patient and you can see the effort that goes into it all.

The group classes are a lot of fun and you learn a lot. I love that it’s all so inclusive. Great teachers who explain things well and keep an eye on all students to see where you might meed a bit more advice.
I also splash out on private lessons sometimes, which is well worth it.
All in all a great studio.

I have been going to the London Dance Studio since it opened. I regularly attend the Monday group classes and also have private lessons with Roswitha. The teachers are very friendly and there is a lovely group of students: young and old, experienced and inexperienced. It is a very inclusive place - anyone can lead, anyone can follow. I started dancing in my 50s, never having danced before. I never felt out of place and was encouraged to improve my dancing - learning new steps and new dances. I haven’t looked back. Addicted to Strictly, I always wanted to try dancing but never had the courage. I signed up for a trial class and then completed the beginners course and fell in love with dancing! And id never danced a step before! This is such an encouraging, inclusive and genuinely heartwarming place, the teachers are all lovely, patient and engaging and I have made many friends. I dont know what I would do without my weekly dose of dance!

I have been going to Monday classes at London Dance Studio for several years now and it is fantastic.

When I first started as an absolute beginner I was very nervous, but the teachers were (and still are) all considerate and welcoming and I was very quickly made to feel at home. The teachers all provide high quality, experience-driven tuition, but with great care.

Whether you are an absolute beginner (like I was) or have some dance experience, you will not be disappointed by any of the classes or private lessons.

I have always found the staff and fellow students at London Dance studio inclusive and encouraging and as an aside I'm pleased to have made some wonderful friendships whilst attending the classes too.

If you're thinking of giving ballroom, latin or line dancing a go, this is the place to be!

A friendly dance studio that caters to all levels of ability (beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced) through group classes, courses and 1:1 lessons.

Anyone can learn to lead or follow. Also you don't have to worry about going to classes on your own, as you'll be partnered with other participants and the teachers.

Roswitha and the team are very knowledgeable on the traditional 10 dances of Ballroom (Waltz, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Tango) and Latin (Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Paso and Rumba) as well as others such as Salsa, Bossa Nova and Bachata.

There are also opportunities to participate in medal tests, social events or be coached for competitions.

I started off as a beginner but within a few years I have gained the confidence to go social dancing, participant in group show dances and demonstrations, take my medal tests and, recently, dancing in competitions. It's become a regular part of my routine.

I have been to their Monday classes and their Wednesday drop in sessions. Have made a lot of friends there and have surprised myself with how much progress can be made whilst having fun. Not cliquey at all, friendly crowd, I was worried that I might not get to dance much being single but there are so many other singles there that not having a dance partner is no issue at all. Other dance places I have been to cater for established couples mainly, but at this studio there are lots of opportunities to dance with a range of people. Good to see ballroom and latin dancing having a renaissance here with the range of ages of people attending.

Went on my own as a beginner. Never really properly danced before so it was a little nerve racking. This nervousness dissapeared as the classes were easy to follow and very relaxed. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable and fun! The other students are lovely and I am really glad that I discovered this Dance School. Highly recommend.

I have been going to the London Dance Studio for many years and hope to continue to go for many more. I love every minute I spend there. They have the best teachers and I have never met anyone unpleasant or unfriendly. It seems everybody has a good time. The lessons are thorough and great fun, the social dancing is one of the most pleasant times with great music and even better company. It is said that dancing is the best thing one can do for health both physical and mental, so what more can I say?!

I have been dancing at this studio for about 10 years. I didn't take up dancing until later in life but I'm very glad that I did. The teaching is excellent, they teach you techniques and style not just a routine. You can progress at your own speed, no pressure if you don't want it. But you can develop your skills through to advanced or competition level if you want too. The other class attendees are a mixed group of ages and backgrounds. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You will make new friends. There are choices of classes to suit you. There are plenty of opportunities to put what you have learned into action in a social setting and that's where the fun level really ramps up. If you are a complete beginner there are more experienced students there who will help you out, everyone is very patient. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

London dance studio is an inclusive place where you can learn latin and ballroom, and line dancing! The teachers are all professionals who adapt to your needs and help you achieve the best dance routine you can! The groups in the different levels are lovely, and you can foster friendships in the dance socials throughout the year. Highly recommend it for anyone interested in trying out dancing, or for anyone that wants to continue their learning!
