Over the phone, the sales advisor actually guided me to a similar product £200 cheaper

Rubbish customer service

Ordered Bosch washing machine, received message
at 11.45 p.m. to say delivery would be between 3.00 and 7.00 following day. Cancelled plans with family
to wait in. Delivery didn’t arrive. Another message following evening 11.45 p.m.said delivery up to 3.00 p.m. I could not be in, had other arrangements for next few days so cancelled machine with promise of money back. Phoned when money not returned, promised to be in bank by following Monday, after three weeks still waiting. Phoned again to be told
accounts to be Contacted for ARN number to supply
to bank would phone back p.m. no phone call.
My Advice Don’t order from this company.
UPDATE
After several phone calls and calls to bank have finally received refund on 22/11/20. Sales Manager very helpful and found refund had not been given due to
machine not having been cancelled on paperwork.

Faulty fridge freezer...was it really new or reconditioned?

We bought a brand new NEFF fridge freezer to replace our old one. We bought it from London Appliances and installed it ourselves ...basically just plugging it in.
It is rated at 35 decibels but we were shocked to hear it so loud we started to turn it off at nigh time. It was also vibrating and we found ourselves opening the fridge freezer door to move around dishes which were rattling. Dealing with London appliance company was a nightmare and eventually we managed to get them to take it back but we had to quote and rely on our consumer rights...it was a nightmare and we would never deal with this company again.
We bought Liebherr instead our new Liebherr fridge freezer and were only able to hear it for a few hours until the freezer got started......now we cannot hear it at all and you would wonder if it is even plugged in.... :) but it is working perfectly.....it has DUO technology and this is what makes the difference. We never even hear the compressor starting up or switching off so I have no idea how they managed such fantastic technology. We will always buy Liebherr from now on. Company was very professional and was easy to deal with.
Londonappliances need to tell the trueth to the customers and improve the customer experience....disgusting experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! A truly professional team that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They didn’t hesitate to do the impossible just to make sure everything was perfect.

The product quality is excellent, and the delivery was handled with great care — even though the location was a bit complicated, they found the best solution without causing any damage to the fridge or inconvenience to me.

I highly recommend this company with all my heart! I will definitely come back every time I need to buy something — they’re the only ones I’ll go to from now on.

Great Service from London Appliances

Unfortunately our 7 year old Miele washing machine was not economical to repair and we needed a replacement machine quick. We ordered a Bosch complete with a 5 Year Guarantee from London Appliances and it was delivered 2 days later. The two guys who delivered and installed it were very tidy and efficient. Thank you

Apologies for previous one star review

I wrote a review giving this company a one star as delivery didn’t arrive with no communication as to why.
I have since found out driver had serious accident and is in hospital but too late to inform me. I have been unable to remove my negative review so send my sincere apologies and best wishes to the driver. I have been offered delivery for the following day

abusive and charlatan

When the engineer arrived in the evening, I explained that I wasn’t sure if the issue was a blockage or a faulty pump, but I suspected the heating element might also be involved. The dishwasher was full of water at the time.

He opened the machine and quickly stated that the pump needed replacing, as the water wasn’t draining. I asked how he had come to that conclusion without any real investigation—it could have simply been a blockage or another issue. At that point, he became very angry and defensive in front of my children, insisting he knew what he was doing because he had 21 years of experience. I tried to clarify that I was just curious to understand the diagnosis, but he remained hostile and dismissive.

He said he would return to replace the pump and then look at the heating element. However, I was not confident in the diagnosis, and I was deeply concerned about his aggressive behaviour, which upset my daughter and her friend.

I never received a follow-up call or any further communication from him or your company. But was charged £120!

I then reset the dishwasher and it drained.

I don't believe he was an engineer and he scared us - don't use this service

These guys were absolutely amazing

These guys were absolutely amazing. Answered the phone super-quick, called me back, made excellent recommendations, delivered next day, on time as they said they would. I had to replace a very old integrated fridge-freezer (the sizes of these have all changed since those days) and AO did not have a clue on what would fit. London Appliances knew exactly what to replace it with and were the same price as AO. Highly, highly recommend them.

Installation not completed correctly

Ordered an integrated fridge freezer, next day delivery, also paid extra for old appliance to be taken away and installation. Fridge freezer was fitted too far back in unit, so was not sealing with doors, which caused ice and condensation in fridge section and fresh food to get wet or frozen, had to throw away. After speaking to indesit and doing seal test, had to wait another week until London Appliances could come back to reinstall correctly. All working great now, but should have been done correctly first time round. Will not order again from them.
