Where do I start

I messaged London Diamonds asking about a specific ring which wasn't advertised on their website. I had a reply back from James within 30 minutes saying they could do the exact ring I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't 100% sure what ring size my "now fiancée" was. After sending over some pictures of my girlfriend showing her hands and a rose gold ring she wore, James worked his magic and let me know what he thought her ring size would be.

After that the ring was made and the rest is pretty self explanatory, I proposed to my now fiancée who was over the moon both from the proposal but how stunning the ring was. It fit perfectly!

I never had any doubts who I would go with when buying the engagement ring, London Diamonds are superb at what they do and I will be forever singing their praise!

My husband helped our son to surprise his girlfriend. It was all to be kept secret. With the help of Miranda this was achieved. The professionalism and friendliness was perfect. Miranda went above and beyond to make it happen! The ring is absolutely stunning. Came beautifully packaged. And the icing on the cake was when she said YES! 🥂💍🥂

James and The Team at LD have been great with us over the past couple of years. I originally found them on Instagram, as I was looking for ideas for an engagement ring. James really helped me a lot as I was a bit out of my depth when it came to designing and choosing a ring. The main thing for me was that the team weren’t pushy and didn’t press me for the sale, I was allowed to make a decision in my own time. After I proposed, we ended up going down to London to visit them, so me and my partner could choose our wedding bands. Once again, top service. The after-sales support from The Team was superb as well - they recently repaired and tidied up our rings after nearly a year of wear and tear, at no extra cost.

Honestly, I couldn’t recommend London Diamonds enough. I’ve already guided my friends to them and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Since my husband bought my engagement ring which I was absolutely delighted with and totally in awe of the design process when he shared it with me, they have continued to offer excellent service. So much so we bought our wedding rings from them and also diamond earrings and pendant necklace. Most recently I had to have my rings cut off (due to pregnancy) and they have repaired for free as part of their life time guarantee. I followed LD for years on Instagram and I was over the moon when my fiancée proposed with one of their rings, he said they were so helpful picking the right one! I had a gorgeous platinum ring however I have been given my late moms wedding ring after she passed which I want to use as my wedding band however it’s yellow gold. I reached out to James for some advice and he told me they could coat my engagement ring in yellow gold to match and he said they would sort it all for me with no charge, I was so happy. I sent it off to be resized also and it came back today and I couldn’t be happier! It looks perfect with my mom’s band and I can’t wait to wear them together on our wedding day. Their customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend everyone to use them! Keep up the amazing work guys :D

I’ve been dealing with London Diamonds Official since 2023 when I first ordered my
Engagement ring from them. The service is 5* and the communications is 5* too. I’ve had the ring resized twice free of charge. I could not fault them, James has been a credit all throughout the experience.

I sent my wedding band for a stone replacement and cleaning 7 days ago via post. I received it today and omg it looks literally brand new. I regret not sending my engagement ring as well for cleaning ! I can’t wait to get that cleaned as well by LD. Both rings were purchased from them and it’s been 10/10 service since then at no extra cost! 😍 it’s been about 3years now!

London Diamonds is a remarkable company. They made my fiancés engagement ring last year and the service was unbelievably good. The ring and diamond were beautiful in every sense and it was a pleasure to deal with the company. They even refurbished my fiancés late mother’s wedding ring in preparation for our nuptials with no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it’s a great shame that more companies do not lead by their example.
