Further to my 1 star rating
Further to my 1 star rating, I was called today (Sunday) by the company. Essentially, they will return my visitor parking voucher if I take down my earlier adverse review.
Not the right response, if they want to look professional.
BTW "expensive" in my earlier review was because it took the plumber over two hours to replace a faulty ball valve. A cost of over £700.

Scamsters with scamster prices
Scamsters with scamster prices. I knew exactly what the issue was, namely that one part on my megaflo hot water cylinder needed replacing (the motorised zone valve). I knew this because (a) the same part failed previously and (b) because this is the most standard issue with these cylinders (according to ChatGPT). I told this to the plumber, both on the phone prior to the appointment and when he showed up. Still he took nearly 2 hours to "diagnose" and fix the problem. The price I paid was £899.76 (!) for 2 hours of labor, the parts and parking. So £900 for "diagnosing" and fixing a known problem. Beware!

ChatGPT is not a Gas Safe–registered engineer and cannot provide a professional diagnosis or guarantee a correct resolution. While suggestions may be helpful, a qualified engineer must still attend, diagnose, and carry out the work safely and correctly.
At your request, we arranged for an engineer to attend very early in the morning. The issue was diagnosed and the repair was completed successfully, with the system left fully operational.
All charges were clearly explained and agreed before any work was started, and no additional costs were added afterward.
We always aim to provide a safe, reliable service and transparent pricing, and we’re sorry that this was not your experience.

Hero’s in disguise
Hero’s in disguise. They came straight away and helped me with my boiler that was broken. The engineer came and fixed it with no hassle. They also sent someone else to unblock my bathroom sink. Friendly and wore shoe covers which says a lot about he ethics of LEP. Will definitely be my go to for any more problems I have in my home. Thank you

Absolute lifesavers
Absolute lifesavers! They unblocked my stubborn blocked sink and made sure that everything was flowing nicely. They even used the camera thing to check if it’s all clear. He sent me the videos and wrote me a report straight away so I can give it to my landlord. My experience with this sink has been nothing but a pain but from the minute the plumber stepped into my house he put me at ease and made sure not to leave until he gets it sorted out. He wore shoe covers to protect my carpets. Says a lot about the respect they have for people’s houses. Thank you LEP you absolute legends. Would highly recommend for anyone else that’s in a pickle as well!

Excellent service from Idris today. He arrived on site exactly when he said he would, conducted a thorough survey, and produced a report within 20 minutes following his survey. The price was extremely reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. The service far exceeded what I was expecting for the price. I will definitely be using LEP again, and would recommend them to any homeowner or as a subcontractor for fast, friendly and reliable service.

This company must to be reported to the trading standards.Massive scam.
I had a disappointing experience with this plumbing company. After the job was completed, I was asked to leave a review the same day to qualify for a 10% discount on my next visit, which seemed to result in many positive reviews on their website. Unfortunately, my leak was not fixed, and I discovered that my pipe was still leaking after the plumber finished the work.
I hoped the issue would resolve itself, but after waiting for over a month, I contacted the company again. To my dismay, they informed me that I would need to book a regular appointment and pay for additional service. I believe this company does not stand by its work and could be considered a scam. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Used them to unblock my drain. Prices weren’t cheap but you pay a premium and get a proper service. They had jet machines and everything to do the job which was great. Used them before and they didn’t disappoint.

Late night emergency
A huge thanks to London Emergency Plumbing, our bedroom had a huge extensive flooding from the flat upstairs bathroom, making its way further down the building. It's 2am in the morning I'm very stressed trying to get everything out etc. LEP managed to sort out the block and stop further flooding. Would most definitely recommend especially in a late night serious emergency.

I gave these guys a FIVE STAR RATING
Some plumbing work with burst pipes etc and water everywhere requires EMERGENCY CALL OUT - which I define as PROMPT ATTENDANCE. The consequence of not having prompt attendance means CEILINGS COULD COLLAPSE and further ELECTRICAL faults and health and safety issues - which means escalating costs.
I called Victoria plumbing they claimed to be emergency call out and declined me as they are busy and I tried other companies in a state of panic as by now I was sitting in water and they all said was they would come in 2 hours or three BUT LONDON EMERGENCY PLUMBING they welcomed my call and they were FAST and they were PROMPT and that’s their ‘unique selling point’. They may indeed charge emergency rate because it’s an emergency call out and we may have a moan BUT they saved me money in the long run with flooring and the ceilings etc. My property can dry out now the leak has been fixed.
I like their good business acumen and they are QUICK and take business on 24 hours and stick by what they claim to be EMERGENCY PLUMBING whereas the others don’t.
I met Mohammed at 1am last year and then illias today and they both had that high level of professionalism. They had that concern and were not complacent.
I would be using them again because in the long run you want the job done properly that the COWBOYS have left you in a mess over. These guys rectify the problem and I am grateful for that.
And I felt safe with them as a single person and they cooperated with me rather than take advantage of me and for that I am forever grateful.
Good work guys and I gave this raving review where credit is due. Thank you once again 🙏🏽

I scheduled LEP to sort out a blocked sink and faulty food disposal unit. They were efficient and worked effortlessly around two very energetic toddlers. Thanks… then it turned out the sink was actually still blocked, which I realised the next day and when I tried to rebook with them to fix the actual problem, I was told I would have to pay full price. I had asked for a small discount, stating that I completely understood and was willing to pay for the time spent but considering the problem was still a problem I didn’t expect to pay full whack. This idea was rejected. In the end I went to another company to fix the problem.
