Fast, reliable service
Iliyas attended to help clear a blocked toilet late on a Tuesday evening. He arrived within the time promised and fixed the problem within minutes. He was courteous and professional, completing the task with a minimum of disruption. I would definitely recommend and LEP will be our first call the next time we have an issue.

Experienced and reliable plumbing team
I called LEP after another plumber let me down. Iliyas arrived within 30 mins. We were dealing with a complex situation, but he successfully diagnosed the issue. He had all the equipment on hand to clear the blockage and when he needed extra help, 2 of this colleagues joined on on site. I would highly recommend Iliyas and the LEP team!

I had a blocked drainage issue and…
I had a blocked drainage issue and contacted this plumbing company — they responded quickly and sent an engineer named Idris. He was punctual, polite, and got straight to work. He diagnosed the problem efficiently and had everything unblocked. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
However you need to be careful with fees, they charge £150/hour+VAT, so if the job was 1 hour and 10 minutes you have to pay £300+£60 which really unfair.
For my case it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes, I paid £360
