Incredibly warm and helpful staff members at the Aldgate clinic - both receptionists and the practitioners. From the initial consultation all the way throughout first few sessions, everyone has been so welcoming and informative. Clinic is clean, warm and blissful compared to the hustle and bustle outdoors. I look forward to each appointment!

Good Laser hair removal treatment. The facilities and staff are nice. I thought the results would be more efficient (the hair didn't get 100% removed yet, and I'm nearly done with my sessions) but I understand that may vary. Nonetheless, it's a good clinic.

Went for a consultation last year and the therapist was so good and she was giving me advice on which treatments would be good for my condition and how can I treat it.

This clinic has some very good laser treatments for the dark skin. I have been looking in London for a clinic that has a specific type of laser and the are one of the only ones that have the type of laser that can treat hyper pigmentation on the dark skin

Honestly the best experience! I was a first time customer to Laser hair removal, Arexia was beyond amazing and talked me through everything, her experience in her field is incredible! She was so patient and explained all about the hair follicles and how they grow and how the laser works. Every session she is always so positive and so happy to see you! The clinique is so clean and they always update you on their latest Covid guidance. The reception team are so lovely and always so helpful especially when reorganising appointments! Such a wonderful experience when I am finished with my current treatment I will definitely be booking in for something else.

Unlike anything ever before..I’m Egyptian with dark curly and quite corse hair and after 3 laser sessions, I’m practically hairless which is amazing because before starting my laser hair removal treatments I was shaving twice a week and getting waxes a couple times a week to try and tame my body hair. I was nervous at first but so glad I took the jump and went for it because I honestly don’t think about looking back, I wish I started this journey earlier but I’m extremely thankful to the ladies that the soho clinic because they’ve made my life so much easier and it only takes them 30 minutes max once a month to do it! I can’t stop telling people about you and I won’t! Everyone needs to know the Phenomenal work you do and I can’t wait to start my facial journey too in 2022 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been going to this clinic for 2 years now. The staff are always professional, helpful and I don't have any complaints! Would definitely recommend to any friend looking to do laser.

I had a course of 8 laser sessions and everyone was always very friendly and professional. I always felt at ease during my sessions and staff were always happy to answer my questions and explaining the process.

Very professional clinic, I never got good results having laser hair removal at other clinics but after having a course of full body laser hair removal treatments at premier laser clinic,I have had excellent results, definitely best clinic for laser hair removal and I’ve tried many!

First time I visited the clinic in 2019 and my experience was impeccable. The stuff is so friendly and the clinic is always clean and shiny. I bought a hair removal package and I was so impressed with the results. I can’t wait to buy a full body package.

I visited the clapham branch to have vein removal. Staff was friendly and demonstrated professionalism. I was pleased with consultation I had. I will be visiting soon.

I absolutely love Premier Laser Clinic. I have been going to the Clapham branch for some time now and find the treatment for laser hair removal to be excellent. I love all the staff as they are all so friendly and professionally, it's always a joy to go and have a treatment there. I will definitely go back there again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been apart of laser premier clinic Aldgate East branch for almost 2 years. I have had an amazing experience, the service, hospitality, friendliness and results have been amazing. Everyone at the clinic is so lovely and accommodating to what I ask for and if I have any requests or questions, staff members ensure they have my best interest and give me the right response. The staff make sure I’m given the best service for every appointment I’ve attended. I would highly recommend premier laser clinic at first I was slightly hesitant about getting laser. However, almost 2 years in my results have been amazing on my face, I cannot wait to treat more areas on my body and see what results it brings.
