The wood is very thin and a piece was broken off, they are replacing it but I haven’t received it yet. The packaging is very poorly done for such a fragile piece of wood. It’s very cute otherwise.

I found that the products were completely opposite of the pictures you see on the website and is not the item you receive.

I found that the products were a complete misrepresentation of the pictures you see on the website. They shipped in a timely manner which was nice but the price and and the description and representation of the items are anything but equal to what you actually receive. Extremely disappoint with my products. It is only till you read the fine print of the product detail that you realise that the pictures are misleading and misrepresenting the item you actually receive.

Awesome Rug

The product personalization was awesome and very good likeness from the submitted photo. I was so impressed that I ordered another rug for my brother best friend.

the company helped me with getting my order. i was having problems with it, they gave helpful answers. communication was good and kept me informed as to the delivery. i do like them(keychains) the only thing is that on the website its shows more of a 3 d figure and what i got was flat , looks like plastic pieces.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered three custom gifts for my players. Not only was there no obvious disclaimer that assembly would be required, it came with no instructions AND the pieces weren't even correctly cut. The inserts were larger the the slots. I had to file them down so that they would fit. The company is going to respond by saying that instructions are on their website. Assembly is mentioned at the very bottom of the site, after you click Product Details. Assembly is described as "easy", which couldn't be further from the truth. The gifts were expensive and the quality was poor. There is a reason that that the majority of the reviews are bad. I should have done better research.
