These shoes fell apart the very first time I wore them! The piece the laces are attached to disconnected from one side of the shoe so it was just flapping on the other side. On the way back to our hotel to get another pair of shoes, the same exact thing happened to the other shoe! Do NOT buy these shoes!

Purchased as a travel shoe. Bought in November, broken by December. The side panel came off on the sixth day of wearing them. I also emailed the company about replacement or refund, but have not heard anything back.

Tried to return shoes which where too small. Email on website does not work and live chat does not tell you how to return goods
