Great Quality and overall experience
Very good and quick delivery on my purchase, it was absolutely perfect. I have purchased previously from Loop Generation and the clothes are like new and very good quality.

My bag came as described and was in excellent condition
The bag was exactly as described in mint condition, and absolutely beautiful when it came. I was a little disappointed with all of the duties and taxes that were added after including import fees but once I got my bag, it completely removed that disappointment because the bag was so perfect.

Very good price and and even better condition item.
I am please with item received. However, the item came in a squashed box, this could be down to the courier service used. Smaller boxes would suffice and better wrapping of item.

Happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase. It is good quality despite being pre-loved. The company also responded to my question promptly. I am also pleased that my purchase has benefited the environment apart from reducing waste but also planting one tree.
I completely agree with Loop Generation's mission to contribute to the circular fashion economy and sustainability.
