Sent WhatsApp with full details and photos of item would like to seller. Could see message was read but no response after 3 working days so read other negative feedbacks and reply from company advised to send back up email address. Decided to give company second chance and sent email. Guess what .. email they quote on all their replies comes back as undeliverable (spelt correctly no matter what they come back with). Since gone to another competitor, where sent details, email confirmation and customer number sent back immediately along with very reasonable quote for bag within 24 hours (and with far higher Trustpilot reviews) so dont be conned by their 'helpful' auto feedback replies, even if they say they have a 'back log' a holding email could be sent out for people to understand and not have to waste their time.

Quick response to sell my item.

Great price and quick payout

I contacted the company regarding selling an item via WhatsApp as indicated on their website. After sending the relevant information and photos,over a week later and I have not received any response from them, not even a curtesy message to say they weren't interested. I then sent another message and it hasn't even been looked at. Very disappointed with their 'customer service' or complete lack of.

Absolute pleasure to do business with, 100% recommend. These guys are incredibly talented and skilled at what they do, especially the sourcing & authenticating. They supplied me with a Louis Vuitton Josh backpack and it was absolutely immaculate and better than described, even had the stickers attached and was a great saving from retail.

Well what can I say ? Would be 0 stars if it was possible. My husband enquired about selling one of my Fendi handbags to them ( we wanted to put the funds from the sale towards one of the bag on their website ). After the initial enquiry, we sent all the photos, description, condition of the handbag etc ( via WhatsApp) and since then- radio silence. Absolutely nothing, not even to say "sorry we are not interested" - we just been ghosted. Strange business ethics i guess. So after a week we sent email with complain, and been told to talk about it over the phone? No, we rather have email conversation. So even after that, now nearly month on, we still didn't heard anything regarding the bag. Now, fair to say we won't be buying anything from this company, I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Was really hesitant to write this review, I guess if they knew my purchase history from their competitors, they would of handle this very differently. Good luck 👍

Enquired about selling a Burberry bag to them. Firstly they didn’t respond until I chased up, then when they did, communication was fluffy at first. That being said, they did then reach out to apologise and although I decided against selling them my bag, the owner did give me some good advice on where best to sell.
