Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I received the wrong order, was promised a £20 gift card as a gesture of goodwill, and then had it deactivated without this ever being made clear to me beforehand. Despite initially stating that the gift card was valid for one year, the company later refused to honour it. I also had to chase repeatedly for responses to my emails, with communication being ignored and delayed. The way this has been handled is extremely disappointing. It is not just about the money, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service. I would not buy from this company again and would not recommend it to others.

We are disappointed to read your review, particularly given the efforts made to resolve your original order issue promptly and fairly.
Upon being notified of the incorrect bundle lengths, we immediately acknowledged the error and offered a full refund, including delivery costs, alongside a prepaid returns label. When you subsequently requested to keep the hair and receive a refund of the price difference instead, we accommodated this and processed your refund, which you acknowledged positively at the time.
Regarding the £20 gift card, this was offered at management’s discretion as an additional gesture of goodwill. Following the change to the original refund arrangement, the voucher was withdrawn. We acknowledge that this was not clearly communicated initially, and we have apologised for that oversight.
We would also like to clarify that your concerns were not ignored. We engaged in extensive email correspondence, reviewed your concerns on multiple occasions and communicated our final decision once our internal review was concluded. While we appreciate that this was not the outcome you had hoped for, a final decision should not be mistaken for a lack of response.
We understand your disappointment but maintain that the original order discrepancy was appropriately resolved and the requested refund provided.
We appreciate your custom and have taken your feedback on board to improve the clarity of our communications going forward.

The hair itself is okay
The hair itself is okay, but overall I was disappointed with the purchase, especially considering the price.
I paid $65 for shipping, so while I understand that the shipping delay may not have been entirely the vendor’s fault, I did expect a more premium experience. The packaging was especially underwhelming. For the price I paid for synthetic hair shipped from England, I expected it to arrive packaged with a little more care than in a small, flimsy bag.
The hair is also extremely silky, but unfortunately not in a good way. It has a very artificial, almost Barbie-doll-like texture and shine that I wasn’t expecting.
Overall, I don’t think the quality matches the price point. The hair is usable, but I personally wouldn’t purchase it again.

Our French Curl is one of our customer favourites, purchased by customers both in the UK and internationally. That said, we completely appreciate that texture, shine and finish are personal preferences.
We also wanted to provide some context regarding the packaging. Your order arrived in a standard nylon mailing bag because we had unfortunately run out of our custom mailing bags in the appropriate size for your order. As this was an international DHL Express shipment, using our larger custom packaging would have increased the parcel dimensions and, consequently, your shipping cost. Rather than pass that additional cost on to you, we used more compact packaging.
We’re sorry this resulted in a presentation that didn’t reflect the experience we usually aim to provide.
A great deal of thought and investment has gone into our custom packaging, and as a small independent business, we’re continually learning and improving.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take it on board.

The french curl braiding hair I bought from their website is SO SO GOOD, Im so grateful. The quality is amazing, and it's not tangling at ALL! This is my first time getting this type of hair and id heard horror stories ab tangling but w this hair im not worried at all. Will definetely be back for all my hair next time

We’re very sorry to hear that you feel we did not meet your expectations.
As explained in our previous correspondence, any damage or missing items that occur in transit fall under the responsibility of the courier, and any compensation claim would need to be raised with them directly, as they are the liable party in such cases.
We take great care when packing every order and always want our customers to receive their items in perfect condition. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for issues caused during transit by the delivery service.
We did do everything we could to support and guide you when this issue was raised, and we are sorry again that this experience left you disappointed.

Impeccable customer service
Impeccable customer service, thought my package had been lost because there were issues with the Royal Mail tracking so my parcel had been handed off to my neighbour. When I reached out to them, they were immediately on it trying to ensure I got my package even though the information I had received showed they’d handed the package to Royal Mail so it was obviously not an issue on their end. The colour of the extensions were much brighter and vibrant than I had expected. 10/10 across the board.
