We ordered a Franke Maris double black…
We ordered a Franke Maris double black sink, this sink is not available to purchase from the UK market, and therefore we relied on Loriano to deliver the unit. Order was placed on 17/11, supposedly dispatched on 25/11, and has been 'lost' in transit ever since. A catalogue of excuses (Delayed due to Christmas postage followed by nothing to do with Christmas postage but customs paperwork) Communication painful and inconsistent, no confidence in seeing this sink that was meant to arrive to us by 4th December. They use a transport partner called Dachser, thier courier emailed us on 27/11 requesting for us to complete custom documents, that are meant for Loriano to complete, it took over 48 hours for Loriano to acknowledge. We have emailed them almost daily since for updates on delivery, we still have no confirmed date in sight, and we have sent them one last email today (10/12). Be warned that if you require a product by a specific date, its best to use a local UK company where delivery can be assured.
