Excellent

I recently purchased a drip tray for my hot tap and I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the service. Communication throughout was excellent — quick responses and very helpful. Delivery was fast, and the tray itself is a lovely, high-quality product that looks great and works perfectly.

Highly recommend — a really smooth experience from start to finish.

Exceptional Product and Truly First-Class Service

From start to finish, my experience with Olif has been outstanding.

After extensive research and price comparisons, including looking internationally, the Quadron Logan 110 workstation sink from Olif offered the best combination of design, quality, and value. Now that it is fully installed in my kitchen, I can say it has exceeded expectations. The finish is beautiful, the workstation system is genuinely practical, and the overall build quality is exceptional. It has become a real focal point of the kitchen.

What truly sets Olif apart, however, is their customer service. Communication has been prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. They are responsive, courteous, and clearly take pride in their product. In a market where service often falls short, Olif’s support has been first class.

I am also using the Olif NanoSink cleaner, which maintains the sink perfectly and reflects the same level of quality as the product itself.

Excellent product. Excellent pricing. Exceptional service.

Fantastic Customer Services

Fantastic range of sinks, but what really stood out was the after‑service. I was genuinely impressed by the time and effort put into the aftercare — they even sent an additional instruction sheet and an Instagram link to help further. Absolutely fantastic, personal, and professional from start to finish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service from Olif!

I bought a Nivito tap through Olif a few years ago, and recently the internal hose started leaking. After months of trying (unsuccessfully) to get a response from Nivito directly, I reached out to Olif and within minutes they had a replacement hose in the post.

What had been a really frustrating situation was resolved instantly thanks to their efficiency and care. I can’t thank the team enough and highly recommend Olif for their exceptional customer service.

Best avoided

We bought a sink from Olif that was delivered damaged, we discovered this as we unpacked it to install with the bottom corner being broken. Olif state their window for reporting damaged is 24 hours as opposed to 30 days by law which they (continue to) ignore and were very aggressive whilst dealing with them as you can see from their reply below. Sink was ordered 29 July, despatched 15 August and reported damaged 28 August, 13 days from despatch.

They offered to replace only if we paid shipping and blamed us for the damage as you can see below. We complained to PayPal Credit who told us to return but we had to pay shipping which we declined. Finally, we went to the Financial Ombudsman who ruled in our favour. Olif continue to state we dropped it which is categorically not the case.

We have now bought a different sink elsewhere. The Olif sink went to the tip.

For us this has been a lesson in making sure you use reputable suppliers. We hope our review makes others think before parting with their money.

We believe that in this case, the goods were not faulty - in which case we would have replaced them under the 30 day consumer protection period - but damaged by the customer or his builders after the delivery took place (the customer reported the damage 14 days after). Our assessment was made from the customer photos as well as our hauliers photos. All our products are quality checked before leaving our warehouse. PayPal looked at the same evidence and decided in our favour. We tried to help the customer by offering a replacement at reduced cost, but he refused to engage with us.
We ask our customers by email and via red label on the actual box to check the product for courier damage within 24 hours, however, we do also accept damage reports within 30 days as long as the evidence doesn't show that our hauliers weren't at fault.
We issued a full refund to this customer as a goodwill gesture, so he is not out of pocket.

Good company, good product.

Thanks Bostjan and the team @Olif. Very happy with my Crudo 18 sink in patinated brass. Looks great in my bar and will continue to grow more unique as it patinates even more. Gorgeous! Thx.

Broken product - Eventually offered replacement

After writing this review they immediately emailed me and said they will send a replacement colander - and they did. I think their initial response was unprofessional but they corrected it which is why I changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars. The sink looks really nice.

I'm really shocked. I ordered a £232 sink that came with some accessories. The package is arriving in 2 shipments, I haven't received the sink yet but I got the accessories and the the colander is broken.
The whole side of it is bent the the plastic is broken, when I wrote them about it with a picture - expecting them to apologise and send a replacement ASAP, they just said: "Would you mind trying clipping in back together, it can be normally done quite easily. Then let us know please" - I'm moving to a new house and talking to many customer services and this is the lowest.

We very much appreciate our customer's update. Just adding some facts:
1. We did apologise in the initial response for the damage caused by FedEx, so it is not true that we didn't.
2. We merely suggested that the plastic holder may have unclipped, asking the customer if they could check. In return for trying to help promptly on Easter weekend, out of our office hours, we received a nasty 1 star review.
3. The replacement colander was sent the next working day, Tuesday after Easter Monday. This would have happened also without the unnecessary 1 star review, we always do our best to look after our customers, we don't just leave them on their own with their problems.
4. The customer seems to be reasonably happy with the end result
5. We do our best to protect our product from damage in transport, but unfortunately it still happens very occasionally.

Ordered a matt black sink, tap & soap dispenser

Ordered a matt black sink ~ sadly during transit it got damaged. Rang Olif up and they quickly replaced fir a new one.
Lots of compliments about the sink, tap and soap dispenser in my new kitchen.
Highly recommend Olif 5*. Thank you.

Customers now happy.

As a kitchen company a customer wanted a sink that wasn’t available from our trusted suppliers. We ordered one from Olif that was exactly what the customer wanted.
After a short period of time it became scratched. Customers deny using abrasive materials to clean, manufacture insists they did and a stand off ensued. As a company we did nothing wrong but intervened for the sake of the customer. No replacement was offered but it did cost us, the company (who did nothing wrong) as we bought one from Olif at cost (thank you) and the labour to replace it. Customers now happy. Took time but we got there

Great Customer Service and High Quality Sink!

Super impressed with Olif! We found the perfect gold colour prep sink which we needed to be delivered in a hurry and Olif could not have been more helpful. They shipped the order the same day for next day delivery. Excellent customer service. The sink arrived and is perfect! We are very happy and highly recommend Olif for anyone looking for high quality kitchen sinks and taps.

Excellent Service

The assistant I spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful. I needed a spare part urgently for a tap I had bought a few years earlier. However he did not have one of these in stock, but did have a complete replacement tap that he could get delivered next day. I negotiated an acceptable price for the tap as I did not really need the complete tap which he agreed to. The Tap arrived next day ands was replaced in time for our Sunday Service at the Temple.

Beware of gold finishes as they can tarnish

Olif are a good company to deal with but if you are looking for a gold finish sink please be very careful as we Bought a very expensive sink and the colour has tarnished very quickly, gold finish has worn off with hot water and now has silver tarnishes. Company says the colour is not guaranteed and colours ware off. We did get a small refund but not a replacement.

Angela runs a business called New Dawn Homes and purchased this sink on special trade terms which included a reduced price. We imported the sink (Nivito Cube 800/150 Gold) from Nivito, the manufacturers in Sweden. The issue with discoloration was reported to us after the 2 year Nivito finish warranty expired. We had nevertheless raised a formal claim with Nivito on behalf of the customer. Nivito concluded that the sink had not been looked after as per care instructions as well as was out of warranty, therefore a refund or free replacement did not apply. We additionaly consulted an independent PVD sinks manufacturer who also thought that the sink was not looked after. This was communicated to New Dawn Homes together with our goodwill offer of a partial refund from our own funds, to which Angela had initially responded in a threatening manner but ultimately accepted our offer. We have since stopped selling Nivito sinks due to their inadequate customer service and recommend other brands such as Alveus and Quadron which all offer much longer warranty periods.

Buy beware: A £500 tap that discolours after only 2 years.

I bought a tap from Olif and after 2 years the gold/brass finish has rubbed away. At nearly £500 for a tap this is deeply disappointing.

I contacted the company to find a solution and I was told it was because I was using Ecover to wash my dishes.

This is quite outlandish and a total fob off.

They also don't publish reviews on their website that are less than 5* so that is also misleading.

For a £500 tap you'd expect better customer care.

The tap's colour finish is guaranteed for 2 years, which is very much an industry standard, and your tap developed the staining after the end of this period. Regardless of that, we tried our best with Nivito, the manufacturers in Sweden, to get the warranty approved, but they have declined on the basis that you have not followed their cleaning and care instructions (using soapy water and soft cloth only, the Ecover contains citric and lactic acid which may have caused the damage). We are sorry that you think this is unsatisfactory. We aim to keep all our customers happy, you may remember that at the time of your purchase we have replaced your tap free of charge for a different one without charging any extra shipping costs. You have also been given a sizeable trade discount at the time (you paid just over £350 and not £500), so it was difficult for us to offer any gesture of goodwill. Despite all that, we have offered to discuss the issue over the phone in order to try to find a solution, but you unfortunately refused to talk to us.

Lovely staff but mixed feelings

They were really friendly and explained things in detail when we weren't sure which sink/taps we wanted. We went with a gold sink and tap and when the colour of the tap didn't match the sink, they were extremely helpful and happy for us to exchange it.

However! Since having the sink fitted we've been ever so careful with it, but it has scratched quite easily after only one month of use. It's a sink! You should be able to use it without worrying it will get scratched. Not sure it was worth the £600-odd price tag even though it is aesthetically beautiful.
