We booked for 11 nights family vacation stay and left the 1st day. The owner octel and Imir refused to refund.
Very bad image of Turkish people.
Smoke all over the building, The owner and staff themselves smoke in the reception area.
They force you to pay cash instead of using credit card
The positive reviews are all from the staff themselves and fake
Broken equipments
Shower not working
Toilet roll holder broken
Stairs lights broken.
Walls are patched, very cheap and low level. Whoever rated it positive, must be their own staff or never seen a standard class.
Reception is the smallest room ever made
Totally avoid it

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify that several statements in your review do not reflect the facts.
This reservation was made approximately one month in advance, with regular communication between us, and all details regarding the room, property, payment, and cancellation policy were clearly explained prior to check-in.
After check-in, despite there being no technical or service-related issues, the guest requested to cancel the reservation for various reasons. Although post check-in cancellations are subject to charges, we showed goodwill and flexibility beyond our standard policy and provided a 60% refund.
Claims regarding forced cash payments, smoking in reception areas, fake reviews, and broken equipment are unfounded and can be verified as incorrect through our records.
We are always open to constructive feedback; however, false and reputation-damaging statements cannot be accepted.
