Sadly, my experience with Lost Land was not a good one. I placed an order and received an order confirmation, but then heard no more from them regarding delivery. However, my payment had been taken.
I tried to contact them through email, chat, messenger and by phone, but received no reply to acknowledge my messages or to provide information. I then posted a review with my concerns about my order and the business.
I instantly received a message to say they had cancelled my order and withheld a cancellation fee of 10%. Clearly, this is unacceptable as they cancelled the order and not me. Since, they have responded to my messages and said they would look to resolve… now it’s gone silent again and I will have to instruct my credit card company to reclaim.

The items have not arrived. I've emailed twice and no response. They were for my wedding which is now over. Requested refund as no tracking number was ever sent, so I don't believe they've even been despatched yet . No answer

Placed an order for a side table, order was acknowledged and money taken from my account on the same day. No further information was given. Three weeks later no delivery,no information and no reply to two emails I have sent.I eventually cancelled the order and received a refund after another email request.

No delivery date given - "We will notify you when it has been sent" - no you won't.
No responses to emails.
No-one answers the phone.

Great communication, delivery time as expected and lovely product.

What went wrong? I ordered two urns from this company on 5th July 2023, The next day I received their order confirmation with the information: 'we're getting your order ready to be shipped'. Then I heard nothing further until I received Lost Land's request on 20th July for a Trust Pilot review. Since then I have emailed them twice but have not received a reply. I then left a very negative review. Today (15th October 2023) they have emailed me though to say that they are very sorry that this issue still seems to be unresolved and have offered me a refund. Hence this more positive review.

I ordered an orchid stem, which arrived quickly, and it's a great quality product. I'm happy with my purchase and can recommend Lost Land Interiors.

Placed an order on 16/07/2023 £158.95 was taken from my account but I have never received my order, Lost land interiors are impossible to contact, they ignore my many emails and voicemails and my requests for a refund. Beware of this SCAM company they will steal your money and not deliver your order.

I ordered a side table that was in stock according to the website and would only take 2 to 3 days delivery. It was ordered on the 29th of July and still waiting 19 days later. They even sent me an email asking me to give them a review. It does help if you have an item to review. I've emailed several times as we have a removals truck coming tomorrow to pick up furniture to take to Italy and this side table was meant to be on it. No reply to any emails I've sent explaining the absolute importance of this item being delivered . It's an absolute nightmare trying to contact them . They should rename the company Lost Furniture. All I want now is a refund as it'll be a miracle if it comes in the morning unless they will ship it to Italy . Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !!!!!

Well I don’t really know where to start.
Ordered the Farrah Collection Set of Three Round Tables from Lost Land Interiors on April 27th 2023 and paid for them in full at the cost of £255.95.
After many weeks of waiting the tables hadn’t arrived so I started to try and make contact with Lost Land Interiors. I used all means available starting by emailing them, this didn’t work, I then called them (and in 4 months of calling weekly and leaving messages I am still to actually speak to anyone from Lost land) I tried their Facebook messenger and again no reply. I finally after tens of emails got 1 reply in June stating the tables were on back order but there was a new confirmed delivery date of 23/6/23. Against my better judgement I agreed to wait in the hope that they would arrive. They didn’t. I have since then continued to try to make contact with Lost Land interiors by email and phone and have had no reply since June.
I left multiple messages advising I would take this further if necessary if the paid for tables did not arrive. Again I have had no reply…..basically it’s clear that they don’t care about their customers and are happy to take the money and not supply the goods even after making a promise that they would be delivered!
This is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any online company I have ever dealt with.
I hope this review prevents others from going through what I have since April as I have basically lost £255.95 with no tables to show for it….in my book that’s theft!!
If I could give a negative review I would as 1 star is still to good for Lost land interiors!! Utterly disgraceful service.

SCAM

I ordered something over a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped! No one answers the phone and they are no longer answering my emails!!

Do not buy from this company, they have taken £160 a month ago and I have not received my order and they have not acknowledged my many emails and calls.

I have received my money back because I raised a charge back through my bank.
This company are now threatening to take me to small claims court for my negative review so I have amended it at their request
