DO NOT BUY from this company.
Mistakes happen, I understand that but there is ZERO customer service. I have had no reply for over a month. Many messages sent and still no response.

Great gift for my friend- would have been nice if I could have added a gift card as it was a surprise birthday gift.

This company have taken my money without delivering the promised goods.

I placed my order more than two weeks ago and had not received any communication from the company whatsoever since the point of order. Despite my numerous emails and phone calls inquiring about the status of my order considering the substantial value, I was left in the dark. I had given up hope and resorted to contacting my credit card company.

To raise awareness of this dreadful experience, I also posted a review on TrustPilot. After visiting TrustPilot, I discovered that other customers have faced similar issues. I regret not checking reviews before placing my order as this situation could have been avoided.

Surprisingly, after I posted the negative review, the company suddenly reached out to me, having seen my feedback. They offered their reasons for the lack of communication (if someone is out of office then an out of office email is good practice when you have taken people’s money). To my disgust, they responded that they would give me a full refund on one condition:
"We will be happy to provide a full refund including the restocking fee, should you wish to remove you defamatory reviews"

I refuse to remove my warning to other customers. I will not allow them to take my money during a time of financial hardship and then only return a portion of it when they fail to provide the promised service. I expect either the products I ordered and paid for or a complete refund.. As I have taken this stance to warn others, the company have only offered me a partial refund as "this is in our terms and conditions".

If the terms and conditions allow customers to be ignored for two weeks and then penalize them by keeping a portion of their money when services are not provided, then they are highly unfair. After numerous attempts to reach a resolution with this company, I have given up and reported this matter to trading standards. I have also contacted my credit card company and will do whatever is necessary to warn others about this company's practices.

I urge you to exercise caution and thoroughly research reviews before considering doing business with this company. Save yourself the stress and financial loss of dealing with them. My experience has been nothing short of a terrible, exhaustive experience, leaving me out of pocket.

DO NOT buy from this company. I initially received an email regarding a return. She referenced the wrong product so I responded to clarify and I’ve not heard a thing since. This was over two weeks ago. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. This company owe me a refund of £140.

Terrible experience, the company doesn't respond to numerous emails, voicemails or texts. I've been trying to return an item and follow the process but I'm still waiting for someone to respond to me, this has been 2 weeks! Proceed with caution.

Waiting for my item still, however it turns out the small business has a very special customer service and they’ve managed to update me on the slight delay in despatch, explaining the reasons.

UPDATE: Following me writing a bad review, someone finally made contact with me. I requested that my item still be sent out then I never heard anything back from them and my item still hasn’t been sent out…

Ordered a shelf on the 6th June, hasn’t been dispatched and when I’ve tried phoning no one picks up, I’ve messaged their Facebook page and got no reply and emailed them and again got no reply

Bought a Balance Robin stake (metal garden ornament) for Father's day. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and one piece was missing on delivery - the seller quickly rectified the problem and my father is now delighted with his gift

The vases I purchased are so nice, they’ve completely transformed my living space. The good service was a bonus!!!!
